This hotel was decent it was very clean but smelled like moth balls when I walked in the room, also I had a room with a connecting door which I wasn't happy about especially since the people next door were loud. The hot tub was broken (main reason I booked this hotel) For Breakfast you needed a coupon and it wasn't the best. Over all i would not stay here again

The hot tub was cold. The workout room was tiny and had 3 pieces of equipment. The wall outlets didnt work. The drain stop in the bath didnt work. The shower got warm, but not hot and screeched the whole time it ran. Definitely wont stay there again

Would not give us fresh towels everyday plus 3 people in room only two towels would not give us an extra towel

From the moment I walked in, it was a mess! The front desk worker was smoking in the doorway, the side doors do not work, the elevators are questionable, the hot tub doesn’t work, breakfast is guarded like they are the Ritz when it is garbage, the pillows were like paper, and the ac sounded like a squeaky wheel. The second morning, I was denied their crappy breakfast and when I asked, the front desk guy rudely told me that they didn’t have to feed me! I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy, Joe Biden, or Adolf Hitler…

The hotel is disheveled...dirty...in disrepair.

I have no complaints with one exception of confusion about a deposit that had to be paid or we will have to check out. I had to walk 1 mile to load money onto a card. Other than that we both really enjoy staying here.

Dirty linens, bath tub and shower curtain as well as hole in the closet door and dirty unkempt couch.

I only stayed two nights and was bitten by bedbugs all over my body. I was really helpless.

This was the most horrible stay I’ve ever experienced. When I arrived at around 11 pm getting to the room & the sheets , bed comforter, curtains, walls & couch were all filthy I asked for at least replacement sheets & was told they had none that I had to wait for housekeeping the next day so instead of being able to change rooms or even sleeping in the lobby, I couldn’t do that because of the wild kids running around till 2-4 am. slept in my car in the freezing cold for 2 nights w/ the car running only to be told that the housekeeper said they cleaned but never did & was gone each night when I returned from my conference. I went to a conference in which was the whole reason I was there. Only using the room to solely shower & get ready for my each day. I was told that since they were sold out that they had no clean towels when I asked for them on day 2. My final nights stay after the conference I demanded clean sheets & comforter so I can at least pull the couch bed out & lay on it because I was exhausted & hurting from sleeping in my car 2 nights in a row. Since there was some kind of event in Oklahoma City all rooms were sold out as well & I had no choice. I paid for a room that stated it was a good place & high rating on your site & it was beneath a roach motel in my eyes. I am totally disgusted that I had to pay to sleep in my car that’s depressing & despicable Im demanding a refund or credit & I need to be compensated for my inconvenience.This experience is unacceptable‼️

The place had a really bad mold problem that you can tell is being covered up with air Fragrance, the bathroom in my room was filthy there was dirt dust and hair all over as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Also Please be sure to pack extra necessities, my roommate ran out of toothpaste and the front desk told us they don’t carry any toiletries like normal hotels. For the price that we paid it’s safe to say “you get what you pay for”.

When I checked in the guy (respectfully) smelled like onions & BO given that was my first impression my hopes weren’t to high. My room had a weird smell. (Not a good one) also the hot tub made my skin break out I assume due to much Clorox or dirty water? There’s also a reason the breakfast is “free” the gravy is straight powdered water. Let’s just say I won’t be staying here again my fault for getting the more affordable hotel cheaper is definitely NOT better.

Customer service was absolute trash

There were bed bugs in our room. I didn’t get bit up but my husband got it bad.

The breakfast was nice more than just waffles and cereal but the hotel leaves alot to be desired. None of the doors to outside had locks and all of the parking lot lights did not work its ridiculous that they had lights on the side of the building but all the big lights were not working.

Extremely dirty, bugs, dr**s, and a few th*gs. This place is terrible and dangerous if you have kids. I highly advise anybody and everyone to avoid this place.

I would not recommend this place to stay at. There was black mold in the shower all along the rim of the tub and along the window edge. There were black hairs in the sink, tub and bed. We told the front desk but they were not concerned about.

The breakfasts was an entire joke and indefinitely isn’t worth even getting up for all they had was nasty scrabbled eggs that were slimy and molded toast n mixed up cereal with warm 2%milk. So disappointed in the breakfast

For what you pay you get a good deal. If you were paying top dollar, then yes I could agree with some of the complaints about how the place could be cleaner and more tidy. You are getting a good deal for what you pay for in my opinion, and I have stayed at true 5 star places before. I honestly think for what they charge, you don't really have room to complain much. I would gladly stay here again.

The room was dirty absolutely filthy. I paid for the room and they require an additional 50.00 deposit. The room smelled of marijuana and so did the halls. Breakfast there were not many options. Poor breakfast dining. Will never stay here again someone kept banging on our door at 2am several times

It was okay the people in the next room where very loud finally went to sleep about 1am they got quite they where yelling in the next til 1am.

The positive reviews of this property, and the property photos lead me to book a night here for a business trip with a planned very early morning departure to catch a flight. So, luckily, it was a short stay. The property is significant more worn down than the images show, and my room, while spacious, had all the hallmarks of a very cheap hotel. Mystery stains on the mattress, loose toilet seat, toilet paper hangar dangling from the wall, and a half-used roll lying on the bathroom counter. The towels were clean but showed staining, and I had to make do with a washcloth as a shower mat. The walls are thin (you’ll hear your neighbors clearly) and the hallway on the first floor smelled of disinfectant - likely from the pool across the hall. All of this comes with the territory with an inexpensive hotel, and so candidly, while I would have preferred better, given the reviews and photos, I’m not upset. What was more frustrating, was going to check out early in the morning, and having a desk attendant nowhere to be found. After ten or so minutes, I found someone cleaning in an adjoining room, who informed me that the desk clerk wasn’t there right now, and that unless I needed a deposit back, I could just leave the key and they’d check me out eventually. I needed to catch my flight, so I had little option but to leave. Even at a cheap hotel, such limited service leaves something to be desired.

There is not enough staff. The one person that works the front desk, is also the shuttle driver. So when they leave they put up a sign saying they stepped away. Then your there just waiting until they return to be assisted. Again with one person, if you call after hours no one is there to answer the phone, you are left waiting not knowing when they will actually return. They don’t have an alternate phone number to be reached by either.

Breakfast employee rude. And have preference. Example : showed up 6:53 to breakfast and got stopped ‘mbreakfast start at 7 am sharp. Next day I leave to work at 6:35 and people was having breakfast Got bitten by bugs . Red bugs in my bed and pillows

The pullout bed wasn’t really clean for sleeping on. I’m sure my daughter in law voiced her displeasure. When it’s the tournament time for state wrestling you should make sure all the beds are clean

The room was dirty, they had no clean towels, the pool area was disgusting, some one had their car stolen, the phone in the room did not work, the pictures posted in Expedia was all lies the stay all together was horrible!
