Check in staff were super nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good, just not replenished fast enough for the amount of people dining. Room was clean but slightly musky. Fitness center had no A/C. Plenty of dining options. Overall a good stay.

Check in was great and easy enough . The gentleman was friendly and mentioned being from our state (OK). He was very friendly and pleasant to engage with. We didn’t stay the night though. We got a call (family emergency) and left the ballgame early. I stood at the front desk for around 30-40 minutes to check out while my husband and children quickly packed up our things. No one ever came. I tried calling the next morning to check out. No one answered. We had a great dressing room/bathroom before the game.

We did not get the type of room we had booked and paid for several months ahead but otherwise the trip was good and the people were friendly.

Overall it was good. The customer service was excellent! The only hiccup, we specifically rented a doubles room with sofa bed specifically for 3 friends to see a concert that night. When we got there the room we booked wasn’t available. They put us into 2 king rooms and didn’t charge us for the 2nd room, which was great!

For the most part it was a good stay. It was very clean room. The only issues we had was the bed could have been a little more comfortable and the AC didn't cool very well.

Male night staff that checked me in was wonderful. The male staff at checkout was ok. He was allowing people to smoke cigarettes right at the door. They should not be allowed to smoke cigarettes at all on the premises. Breakfast could have been better. No milk no creamer no cheese. Nothing was replaced when it ran out. I was there at 820

Absolutely no hot water. The AC was very loud. The only good thing was the towels were really soft sand the employees were really helpful and polite.

I didn’t pay attention when I booked a double room and the beds where twins so luckily the couch had a pull out bed but the beds where very comfortable and I liked that there a little separation from the beds and couch area. Room was clean and breakfast was great!

We stayed for a long weekend for a football tournament. They let us check in early since our flight was moved earlier. Staff was great. They took great care of our room, Breakfast was great too.

The hotel was very dirty, nothing at all as described online. The sheets were dirty and there was work on the hotel being done, sounded like water issues. Definetly will not stay again!

Roberto and Nakisha that serviced the breakfast area were the best representation of this hotel in Dallas. The others, sat and ate at the counters and watched others work. But I guess. The bed by the window in room 514, that mattress is so sunken in it was a horrible 4 nights of sleep. Disappointed in the beds. It was so squeaky. Very disappointing.

My wife checked into the hotel, we went to our room and had no running water. My wife went back down to tell them and they said “let me guess, you have no water.” They did not know when it would be turned back on. Think that’s something that they should’ve stated at check in. They also tried putting us in a new room, knowing they had no water. My wife noticed black hairs all over the bed and the staff even admitted “I don’t know if this was even cleaned.” I understand things happen but give someone a heads up if you literally have no running water.

Really great experience. I wish I remembered the lady at the front desk because she was awesome. Our flights had changed etc, and she made the stay epic for my son and I. Helped us with food when the kitchen was closed, access to a room early to get rest and the list goes on. Big time happy we made this choice and we will be back next year. Go Cowboys!!!!

For the most part the stay was really good. In my opinion, the beds need to be replaced. The our beds were not comfortable, everytime we moved, the coils made noise and didnt feel good.

We went to the area for the Cotton Bowl. Nice location close to the stadium. The hotel is a little difficult to get to and find behind another that sits directly in front of it on Hwy 360. Hotel is just OK. My main dislikes were a very dark parking lot at night along with $15 to park your own car outside? Didn’t understand the charge for this. Breakfast is a joke. Other than that it was a place to sleep.

The employee at the front desk was friendly and the rooms are large, however, our sheets were dirty and even the new set i requested were stained. The room was needing some cleaning and maintenance, as the paint has begin to yellow and parts of the wall detail were falling off. Breakfast was average but a nice amenity.

We have stayed at other Hyatt Places in Washington and California and love the “Junior Suites” as they call them -this Hyatt Place -North Arlington /North Prarie was EXTREMELY disappointing for the price we paid - bcz of the disappointed-we will steer away from your properties - the Hyatt Place in Seattle and Ontario were amazing with so much space - And for the money we paid -this location was just horrible - The Complimentary breakfast - the Scramble Eggs were cold every morning - We will never book with your Hyatt Place Companies again - Ronda L Ware RondaLee [email protected]

When we got to the motel check in went well as was relatively quick. We stayed 3 days and on our last night we had a minor issue come up. We called down to the front desk and they took care of the issue within just a few minutes (under 10). They check on us a couple of times after that to ensure that we were still happy guest. Great job!!
