Very dirty poorly kept

Our stay was good as expected and even cleaner than expected. Parking is an additional $20 per night and has been since FEB 24 so just be aware of that, I don’t remember that being identified anywhere on the hotels.com profile for the hotel.

Came and stayed here for the 2nd time and still had the same quality service for the price

In every other hotel would offer disabled veterans free parking but here they charged $27.00 per night and the ice machines on every floor was broken. The front desk didn’t accommodate us for the inconvenience. The elevator were not working as well and all guest had to use one microwave in the lobby for all guests. The electrical outlets in the room didn’t work but one and the tv was on it.

Decent room, reasonably priced. Parking can get sticky being that there’s a 20$ charge for it, however not the worst.

It was great to stay in. But the walls are really thin. We could hear everything our neighbors talked about.

We were well taken care of, and our request for room location was accommodated! We've stayed at this location a few times before, so we knew what to expect as far as amenities go and such. There are no microwaves in the rooms, but there is a communal one in the lobby. Mini fridge and coffee maker in every room. My only real complaint was the inability to black out the very bright lights outside our room. We tried to make do, but it made for restless nights, as at any given moment in the night, it looked like morning. The pool was chilly, but it would feel amazing on a hot day. The hot tub was very comfortable!!

The hotel was great when we arrived. We were here for 2 days. The first night, we had no hot water and our kids were ice cold after swimming in the pool. They had to sleep with the itching chloride on their skin because they were too cold to get in the shower. It was miserable. The water was fixed the next day. The front desk worked hard to remedy this but could not fix the boiler as maintenance arrived the next day.

Nice place for the money. Close to Disneyland. Didn’t like the new parking fees to park at the hotel. Never had to pay that before. Will be checking that in the future at any hotel we stay at. Able to walk to Disneyland in 15 minutes but could Uber for not to much. Over all not a bad place to stay

Staff was very welcoming and polite. Check in was very easy as well as check out. Room was clean and didn’t hear the people above me or next to me. Very clean. Close enough to of walked to or from the parks. Got a good room rate.

Front desk very poor customer service . I ask for my room # and he responded me 3 times elevator 3rd floor to the left . Charge me $20 per nigh on parking when my reservation stated it was included per reservation . I show him my confirmation. Infirm him that I don’t agree that he charge me . He responded that it was new policy and refer me to a Manager. .

We were very pleased with the spacious and very tidy room. We stayed 3 days and had our dog with us. They have a pet friendly area for pets to potty and everyone was just very nice.

Easy check in, helpful staff, clean motel room.

Great staff, clean, quiet overall good time! Stayed 7 days trash was emptied daily and new towels given!

Not the fanciest place, but very well priced… and walking distance to Disneyland!

Stayed for 6 nights and confirmed at check in that we will have same room for all nights. At 5th night we were infromed that we need to move to a different room because of scheduled maintenance which we were not informed during check in. Front desk lady was very rude. Also area not safe as someone broke into our vehicle on first night and stole our some of our stuff.

This location was very basic. We were lucky to get one small bottle of shampoo and conditioner and three bars of soap. The towels were this and scratchy. The room renovation was nice but the desk chair had a layer of dust on it. Water pressure on the sink faucet was very minimal and slow. The shower water temperature was only hot or cold. I would stay there again knowing amenities are barely basic if I only needed a place to sleep and not relax. There is a pool in the center courtyard and coffee and tea but no breakfast options. The walk to Disney is about 1.1 miles so give yourself time to walk to make rope drop! Enjoy.

I was told I get my refund back because we checked out a day sooner because the kids didn’t have a tournament on Sunday I did everything up at the front office and my refund is still not yet posted

Poor wifi. I was there to work and lost an entire day due to poor wifi that could not be fixed till almost 5pm. Cannot get lost time back. Other than that, very friendly staff and nice place.

I recently stayed at Motel 6, I was excited because it had a great price for the proximity to Disneyland Resort. Well now I know why it was the least expensive motel stay, I had an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, there were sketchy individuals hanging around the rooms, and I even saw people sleeping in their cars during the day, one guy was sitting in the parking space next to where I wanted to prk in front of the room I was assigned which made me feel very unsafe. I walked into the room and immediately my daughter noticed what looked like blood stains or coffee stains on the bedding. I said no way are we staying here. I went to talk to Motel staff and they gladly switched my room to one near the front and close to pool. Well the next option also did not go well either, there was a van parked next to us in the handicap parking that had a homeless family also sleeping in it with their dog barking away. The room itself was in terrible condition. The bedding had noticeable stains, and there was a dead spider smashed on the wall. The cleanliness of the room was clearly not a priority for the staff. The bathroom was equally appalling, with a dirty tub and filthy tile grout. It was obvious that it hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. Overall, my stay was awful, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness and safety concerns were simply unacceptable. I was hopeful it would be nice that did not happen.

Great budget friendly family hotel.

The property and room were clean. Staff was friendly. The hotel has very low water pressure which makes it difficult to shower. Also, the toilet paper roll is placed in an awkward position to use (right at your shoulder when sitting down)

Driver had a few issues with her room. Drivers are given hotel rooms so they can get their 8hrs off duty for DOT Regulations. When there are issues with rooms that is a problem with drivers. Please do better in placing our drivers in better rooms. ty

This is a convenient and budget friendly place to stay. It could use an update to help make it better. The bathroom needs a door added to separate the toilet/tub area from the sink. The A/C could use some maintenance.

Arrival: I checked in. It as I walked in the lobby I had to wait to check in. Reason about 8 to 10 guest where ahead of me. The room was ok, looked clean and had everything a room must have. The negative cosmetic wise it was not so great. Front door on back side the a big blotch of paint was scrapped off. Bathroom tile was very badly replaced besides that the stay was an good score 7/10

Check-in & Check-out were a breeze. They were kind enough to check our large bag both times at no additional charge to accommodate an early flight in & late afternoon flight out. Room was clean & housekeeping checked in each day to see what we needed. Staff was all friendly & helpful. Bed was a bit hard for my liking, but definitely got good rest. Hotel was quiet. Pool is basic, but clean. Hot Tub was great, but needs a few jets fixed. Shower was AMAZING! Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. For the price this was a great option to make our trip budget friendly. Walk to the Disneyland Resort area is definitely doable.

Overall, the room was spacious and comfortable. There is a decent size mini fridge in the room. The coffee maker is pretty standard. The bed was very comfortable and the heating and A/C worked great. Not much closet space and no drawers to put clothes in, though. There is no blow dryer, nor any kleenex, so don't forget to bring those. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again.
