Świetnie i czysto

Panie na recepcji są przemiłe i bardzo pomocne. Mieszkanie jest czyste i przestrzenne. Okolica cudo. Same centrum ale bardzo cicho w nocy.

Podróżowałam z dwójką maluchów i ostatnie piętro na samej górze bylo troszkę niewygodne ale mogłam zostawić wózek na dole. Moja wina bo nie sprawdziłam piętra.

Nieprofesjonalne traktowanie klientów, zła atmosfera

Wygodne łóżka

Nieprzyjemne przyjęcie gości, zostaliśmy zaatakowani przez Panią obsługującą że musimy dopłacić chociaż kanapa była dla dziecka w rezerwacji. Nie brali pod uwagę że zjeżdżaliśmy z długiej trasy, nie chcieli otworzyć apartamentu kazali dopłacić wysoką kwotę za dziecko, po pytaniu dlaczego tsk drogo obniżyli do rozsądnej ceny. Nie warte miejsce aby zatrzymać się, nie uprzedzono że nie ma parkingu, musieliśmy nieść bagaże i opłacić dodatkowo parking. Interweniowaliśmy u kierownika ale nas spławił bo przedłatę już miał na koncie. Potraktowani jak intruzy byliśmy, w pomieszczeniach zapach stęchlizny. Nigdy więcej ram nie wrócimy, nie polecam.

Leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten eine Wohnung im Dachgeschoss, es war sehr heiß im Juli. Es gab einen Ventilator, der in einem Raum den Aufenthalt erleichtert hat, aber im Schlafzimmer eben nicht. Schlafzimmer sehr eng, sehr dichte und schwere Vorhänge in grau, die keine Luft durchgelassen haben, Bettwäsche in dem gleichen grau, sehr trist. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Innenhof, der mit Sitzgelegenheiten für die Bewohner ausgestattet war. Ist vielleicht gut gemeint und gedacht, aber man ist gezwungen alle Gespräche beim Biertrinken mit zu hören. Ich empfehle die Wohnung in Rybnik nicht, es gibt andere, mit einer besseren Ausstattung und schöner und auch zentral.

Bojler działał czasowo, większość dnia była w łazience tylko zimna woda, ta która się nagrzała starczyła zaledwie na jedną kompiel ,po ukończeniu urlopu pobrane dodatkowe opłaty za zwierzęta,których nie było 😔
