The most friendly and helpful staff. We had a nice view of Keystone from the room. We hadn't realized how close the mountain would be. It's a six minute walk out the back of the hotel to the chairlifts.

Loved that the hotel is walking distance to the Peru lift at Keystone! The staff is very professional and welcoming. The dinner food at the bar was good and very convenient to eat after a day of skiing. The free breakfast was delicious, best I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Good room. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom and entryway. Needs a bigger closet and drawer for clothes. Would like a light over the refrigerator/coffee space in entryway. Really liked the breakfast. Different choices every other day. But no pancakes or waffles for kids: had dinner at the restaurant and it was good for a night in when it was very snowy outside.

Staff was FANTASTIC! experience was about as good as can be expected with the craziness of a hockey tournament going on. Parking was rough and limited, but again, staff was great at making it work.

This property was ideal for our family ski trip. It’s a quick 5 minutes walk to the chairlift, a true “walk in walk out” -even for little ones. The ski locker’s are easy accessible and so convenient. Breakfast was included and very good. It made mornings a breeze before hitting the slopes. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location with easy access to Keystone resort Mountain House ski base area. This hotel is in a great spot at the base of Keystone resort and within 20-30 minutes of A-basin, Loveland ski area, and Breckenridge.

Great hotel. Love the atmosphere. Clean and upgraded interior. Breakfast does not have too much options but great options like whole fruits, juice and bagel. Coffee tea flavored water all day long. ski locker. Walkable to Peru lift like 8min. Walkable to few good restaurants. The only thing unusual is there is no room service. Will stay again. Staffs are super helpful, agile- frankly I just can’t deal with slow moving service. This place has got its cool vibe! Kudos to the staffs for making it great with limited resources!
And please do not park your car in their garage without asking - we made the mistake because we somehow misunderstand it it as free, it made their jobs harder. Thank you.

There was some hidden resort fee that wasn't told when checking in for the amount of $35/day.
I'm not happy about that.

We checked in early and the customer service representative made a room available to us. The staff was very friendly. The beds/pillows were not the most comfortable though. There was also only one towel hook in the bathroom, which the 3 of us found difficult to share. On site parking was free and very convenient. The location was also convenient to the amenities of Keystone. Breakfast was complementary, although not very impressive. Overall, this was a decent hotel for the money.

The stay was great. I wished more of the staff spoke English or understood English. It was beautiful out there eating the breakfast was great beautiful buffet. But it did lack for a lunchtime or dinner food. And the bartender wasn’t always there and then the staff made a drink And she didn’t know how but I don’t think that was her fault at all. She just wasn’t trained for that.

Amazing team, great customer service. The whole staff made our experience memorable. Location of the hotel was perfect for our needs.

Someone tried to get into our room around midnight. They must have had a badge because they even unlocked the deadbolt. Only the safety latch kept them out. Staff did nothing and didn’t even respond to our complaints.
Also had a carbon dioxide sensor with us and the ventilation in the room for 4 of us was so bad that we had to keep the window open all night to not get over 2000 on the meter.

The view from our hotel room was beautiful. The cleanliness was superb. Walkable distance to a handful of restaurants. Definitely would come back to stay.

I was here during the off season. Everything was quiet and nice. The only problem is that you can’t control the room temperatures and it did get super hot at night. We had to open the window to let some cool air in.

My wife and I annually stay at Hyatt Place Keystone / Dillon for my work conference. The rooms and property are clean and maintained, and the staff is mostly friendly and cooperative. The hot tubs on the fifth and sixth floors offer amazing mountain views. The "free" breakfast is decent and offers a good variety. My only complaint, albeit first world, is the cable TV. The guide only shows which channels correspond with the numerics, not the programs are scheduled or being broadcast. Manual channel changing is laboriously slow due to the sluggish processing response; many are blacked out, or have no content. Beyond this, the Hyatt is a good place to stay.

We informed them we would be arriving late on Saturday night, and they said we had until midnight. We arrived at 11:10 pm, after driving 10 hours. We were tired, but understood that things happen. The person at the front desk was the only one there and insisted that there was no one else available to help her figure out the problem with the computer. She ran my card twice, and it charged the $50 deposit twice, and as of Thursday, it is still showing on my credit card. It took an hour for her to finally get us keys to our room - and this is a management thing, not the fault of the person at the front desk, because she was obviously not trained properly, so not her fault. The next day, because we didn't even get to bed until well after 1:00 am, we didn't get to breakfast until 9:45 am. I understand that breakfast is over at 10 am, but that doesn't mean there shouldn't be a full spread, even at that time. There was no juice, no napkins, and they got rid of the coffee right at 10 instead of leaving it for a while. The manager said they would waive the resort fee, which was $40, but again, I'm still waiting almost a week later for the two deposit charges to drop off my card. At checkout I was informed that almost everyone is new due to new owners, but I'm still not impressed. Do not recommend.

Great rooms for wheelchair users. The bar had a wheelchair height counter. Nice separate bathrooms in our room (one with a roll in shower with shower chair). The reason I gave 4 stars is because we could not lower the temp for sleeping (the lowest it got was 71 and we sleep at 68). So neither of us slept well. We opened the windows, but it didn't help.

Had a 3 day stay here. Made reservations through Expedia. At the time of reservations, Google rated this a 4star hotel. (Hotel rating by google not reviewed rating) But now as I write this the hotel dropped to 3star rating. This definitely isn’t a 4 star place, which is why I made reservations here.
Had a late check-in around midnight and the girl at the front desk didn’t help or provide any normal hotel information.
-didn’t give us a map of the hotel so we know the approved parking
-no map of where which side the room is located or where we could park and which entrance to use that’s close to the room.
-didn’t let us know when breakfast is served
-didn’t let us know what floors the ice machine was on.
Etc.,etc.
Besides the above, more negatives are:
- Rooms are smaller than what you see in the pics.
- My nephews used the jacuzzi and they said the water smelled so bad and then the next day someone put soap in the water for it to bubble up.
- No microwave in the room for the price to where other places would have a microwave in room.
- the a/c in the room was lackluster. The room never really cooled down, so we had to keep the window open at night.
-…and lastly the parking sucks. Limited spots and the spots are small. …and people can’t park within the lines.
- Never used the room/maid service so I can’t comment.
Too many negative distractions to book this place again.

All the staff were very nice and helpful. My only complaints were about the ac unit would not go below 75 degrees. The paint in the ceiling of the bathroom qas peeling.

They could have had more self parking. The poor reception desk employee was also the valet attendent

The hotel needs update on their ac system. The 1st night the ac was noisy then it stopped working. The maintenance came but it didn’t get resolved. Was moved to different room but the room smells like someone smoked and the hotel is a no smoking place. We were given another room (that’s commendable from the staff). We finally have a new room on our 2nd night due to ac issue. It was working fine until we have to evacuate due to fire alarm in the middle of the night & got cleared to come back after they found out a guest was smoking on the same floor we smelled the cig. The ac didn’t work when we came back to our room so we opened the window for the rest of the night.

Beautiful property in beautiful location. Very friendly staff at reception.

Wonderful location right next to the creek, across the street from restaurants and a small store and 1/2 mile walk to the Village. Quiet rooms, updated facility and good breakfast.

Unfortunately, there was a break in to about a half dozen
vehicles parked on the property proper. Security of the property is needed in light of what happened during the 4th of July weekend. Other than that, the hotel is well maintained, clean and had a helpful staff.

Great location. Hotel rooms were nice.

I stayed with my two boys. Definitely felt safe. The breakfast was nice. Limited parking, but free valet which was even better bc you walk out, & your car was parked out front. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff were all super nice & helpful.

We had a corner room on the 4th floor for our family of four including 2 daughters ages 11 and 8. The room wasn’t big but super cozy and well laid out with amazing view of the mountains. It was quiet and the heater worked with no issues. We especially liked the chaise sofa which was comfy to lay back and relax after a full day of skiing.
After reading the reviews we were a little worried about how the free daily breakfast would turn out but it was perfect to start the day. There was hot options like eggs/potatoes/bacon bits, and also yogurt, cereals, grains. Most importantly when we were there everything was constantly being refilled so nothing was unavailable. Also loved having the coffee/tea/hot chocolate and a commercial soda stream machine there for refills throughout the day.
Location-wise it was pretty close to Mountain House base where we did our lessons as a family on Day 1. That said, it’s still probably around a ~1km walk which is easy in regular shoes and clothing but actually very tiring with ski gear and especially wearing ski boots. We’d probably recommend walking over in regular shoes rather than in ski boots.
Parking ended up being fine too. It’s first come first serve and there are maybe ~20 covered spots under the hotel and lots of outside parking. We were able to find parking each day. We didn’t use the free valet service which apparently is an option if you can’t find self parking spot.
