When we arrived they told us we had to pay an additional $100 deposit (which they wanted to run through on a card and then later refund, if we were paying cash. I had no problem with them having the card number, but didn’t have enough on the debit card to put the hundred through. We wound up having to use my daughter’s card. Wish we had been advised of this policy ahead of time. Also, we were not able to adjust the room temperature. Was not impressed.

I came here with the youth group from my church for a youth conference and the hotel was perfect for us. The rooms were perfect for our group.

Clean, friendly and convenient. The hotel is a little outdated and the beds werent very comfortable but it was fair for the price. The inside pool is very loud (big echo) and the hot tub has been filled in with cement. Breakfast was mediocre but well stocked. I would stay here again.

I stayed here overnight for a work trip. My room was spacious, and I was so glad to have a separate space to set up my laptop and get work done. The extra door was also great to keep hallway noise out. The front desk check-in was smooth and pleasant. The breakfast included everything I needed.

Decent hotel with easy access to local attractions, food & freeways. Hotel itself is a bit dated but staff was friendly. Breakfast was good but nothing special (eggs, sausage etc.) Could use updating and have a better lobby area so you could do something like watch tv or play games outside of your room.
All in all a very acceptable hotel.

Check-in fast and easy. Room seemed fresh and clean upon my arrival. Hotel room is spacious for one person. Overall a really good hotel.

Staff were pleasant, cheerful and very helpful. One of my best stays while on hiking trip with grandson. Did I mention the excellent breakfast. Will be staying here on next trip north. Thank you Quality Inn.

The front staff person was very courteous and pleasant upon check-in. This is the 2nd time i stayed here. Both times were enjoyable.

The tv service was pathetic!! Spectrum was the provider. Nothing on the remote worked to select a channel on the tv guide. I had two tvs in the room and each had different channels available. Even though the room was nice and staff was great I probably would opt for another hotel in the area.

This was a nice place to stay and play Waco tourist. Easy on/off 35. The staff was great to recommend restaurants and give directions. We would definitely stay here again. I’m

We typically stay with Quality Inn's when traveling. While this one was "okay," the free breakfast is worth it! Sausage tastes stale, the "faux" eggs firm, and the orange juice at this one was watered down. Had the breakfast tasted good, it would be worth the room rate.

Just stopped in for a place to sleep before heading out the next morning- was east and shockingly pretty clean.
Only issue was long black hair still left in shower on wall. Otherwise, good.

The rooms are outdated, the bathrooms are dingy, the carpeting makes rooms feel filthy and the exposed wood under beds was classy. Wasn't awful but SHOULD NOT charge over $100 a night.

We had no problems with our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool was lovely and consistently stocked with towels. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options for everyone's taste. Staff was friendly and professional.
