Completely Renovated, 2 Bedroom Villa, Close to Beach & Bike Path Park your car and prepare to relax in our inviting, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse located in the heart of South Forest Beach. It is located in Seascape Villas directly across the street from the ocean, a 5 minute walk. We are nestled between Coligny Plaza (wonderful shopping, dining and entertainment) and the Ocean Gate entrance to Sea Pines (Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, The Salty Dog, shopping, dining and entertainment). The complex sits on lush, naturally landscaped grounds with lagoons and walking trails. There is also a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners & guests. The cabana includes an outside foot shower and separate male & female restrooms so you don't have to run back to the townhouse for those emergency bathroom breaks. There are two salt water pools located on the grounds. Seascape has direct access to the wonderful bike paths on the island. WE HAVE ARRANGEMENTS WITH RIDING TIGERS BIKE RENTALS FOR DISCOUNTED PRICING ON BIKE RENTALS FOR OUR GUESTS. Overall it was a nice stay. The location was great as it was close to the beach. Not really walkable to shops, restaurants, etc. Place was fine. Definitely a bit outdated. Bathrooms super tiny which was a challenge. Would have appreciated a few more hand towels and washcloths in the bathrooms. Also there were only 3 coffee mugs which was so very odd to me. We had 4 people so had to go out to buy a mug. Management needs to do a better job with cleaning windows. And the window in the master was actually cracked and duct taped together.

Honestly, for the price you can’t complain but here are just some of the facts. The location itself is close to basically everything. It is across a street to the beach. Maybe an 8 min walk. There is a wagon, some beach chairs, a cooler and a boogie board available. It was clean. It’s a little beat up but it’s a rental property at the beach so, some of that is to be expected. The master bed was fine comfort wise. No wine opener or beach towels so bring your own. VERY close to Coligny Shopping and about 10ish min to Salty Dogs (Ps make reservations or get there wayyyyy early to avoid and hour and half wait). Really nothing was more than about 10 min and we did quite a bit around the island. The back patio at the place was ok, everything is a little beat up. No umbrella. Grill available. Not much air movement when you sit out there bc it’s facing inside the complex. Was quite humid. Bring bug spray. 2 bathrooms, one is TINY. The master is a little better. Overall it worked fine for our party.

The comments regarding cleanliness: master bath tub dirty; coffee maker filthy; our feet were dirty after walking on floors. comments on extras that would have been a low investment for big customer satisfaction, 1 roll of paper towels, at least 2 laundry pods, a fresh unopened dish sponge; a few beach towels and a few baggies. Salt and sugar should be stored in fridge. It was almost solid. Nice to have the worn beach gear. Generally, I would stay again but know what I was getting.

This condo is in a great location, convenient to all necessities. Very clean, cute and comfortable. Some issues are: no washcloths or kitchen towels to be found anywhere. The bathrooms are incredibly small and at awkward angles. The listing says nothing about this. The only reason I would not stay here again is the size and awkwardness of the bathrooms.

This is an older unit but it has been updated. The location is great with easy across the street beach access. It is nice to have use of the private restrooms right on the beach so you don't have to walk back to the unit. The property manager was great.

This property was very comfortable for our family on a recent trip to Hilton Head. The kitchen is decently equipped to cook & the beds were comfortable. The property manager was very responsive & checking in was super easy! The beach access for this complex is across the street & not really marked. But once we found it, it was a very easy walk and they had bathrooms right off the beach for your use. Very nice when you have small children.

We only stayed three nights, but the location of this property allowed us to get in all the things we wanted to do. Convenient to shopping, beach, pools, and bike rentals/paths. Clean and stylish interior, some beach supplies and lots of linens provided. Only cons - few or no extra consumables (TP, soap, etc) and a bit tight for our group of 8 at times.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is fantastic, just across the street from the beach access. The place was clean and spacious and the perfect spot for our group of 8. Gina was super responsive, very kind and a great host. I would definitely recommend this property for your beach stay!

Nice and clean. Exactly as pictured and easy process to check in and out. Beach was a 5 minute walk from townhome. We totally enjoyed the beach and our stay.

This condo is an ideal location for visitors to Hilton head Island! Besides being newly renovated it was very comfortable ( beds were comfy, good pillows) the pool was great, it’s right across the street from the beach, and a short walk or bike ride to Coligny Square. Will definitely go again !

When we got to the property the previous tenants were just leaving. This was almost 3pm. Check in was supposed to be 4pm which did not happen. Property manager hurried and cleaned up very little. Dirty bathroom, windows. Hair was all over bathroom and showers. Gina the manager did text me back when I text her but ignored some things like when I told her the co do was very dirty. I would NEVER, EVER stay here again
