Had to come home to my best friends celebration of life so I booked one of the only hotels available now lol. It was a nice room and it was also great to get to see old friends and go to the fort and such. Always takes me back in time. The staff were nice if you ask for something they help right away. There is a few picnic tables accross from the rooms to sit and relax if you wish. There is a tim hortons as well as a wendys right beside the hotel. Garrison is basically the main strip of the town now with all the store you need 5 minutes drive up the road. All in all aside feom having to say goodbye to my dearest friend, it was a pleasent stay. I did get the impression however on check in that it is not pet friendly so if you want to bring the fur baby you may need to stay somewhere else.

Room was clean, but dated. Beds were firm with good pillows. No extra blankets and towela will in condition were small and thin.
