The staff may need to know where things or places in the city. For example, where the softball complex is or if there is a sonic or where events are at. The staff was very nice and respectful.

Stayed here not knowing a thing other than it being super close to the softball field at ETA&M. It was exactly what we needed! Super comfortable beds, air worked great, rooms very clean, breakfast was amazing (Belgium waffles for the win), and the staff was kind, helpful and extremely courteous. Close to anything and everything you could ask for! If traveling for any sporting event you won’t be let down!

There were somethings I loved and some I did not.
Loved: proximity to shopping, food options and ETAMU
Loved: they let me daughter check in and collected payment from me over the phone
Loved: my daughter is pregnant and didn't like the smell of the room, they moved her until she was okay. Excellent customer service, the staff was friendly and attentive.
Breakfast had quite a few options.
Did not love: hotel in disrepair, I literally took a piece of corner siding to the front desk after it fell of the corner of the wall near the elevator. The floors felt grimy, the room smelled musty, the hallway smelled even worse like perhaps there was water damage at one point that wasn't fully taken care of.
This property could use some updates and some repairs like new carpeting and possibly new bedding. I really wanted to love it due to proximity to University but it was just okay.
