Lovely outstanding place.
I had the good fortune to be staying in one of their balcony suites, which was really like a home from home - so spacious and clean and quiet.
Lovely staff, too, and perfect location to reach the most important sights - e.g. 10mins walk to Landungsbrücken, 15mins to Jungfernstieg. Wherever I walked, I often went back to the hotel for lunch and then headed back into town afterwards.

We had looked forward to a superbt hotel due to the high ratings, but the hotel was mediocre. Staff was friendly, location good, room was nice, but bland. Worst of all, it didn't appear from neither photos nor text that this is the kind of hotel with "integrated" bathroom. No door, not even a curtain, from bedroom to bathroom, although there was a door to the toilet. If we'd known, we never would have booked this hotel.
Generally the hotel was a disappointment and not one we will recommend or return to. It's not value for money.

I booked this hotel because of its great reviews but to be honest it was just mediocre experience. Especially, the facilities were quite old. Nothing so bad but nothing so good. It is located in a very quite place, though.

he staff is super friendly, and the rooms are very clean.
There are numerous dining options and bars within walking distance.
Additionally, there's an "EDEKA" grocery store just around the corner from the hotel, which boasts extended opening hours compared to the standard in Germany.
Conveniently situated, the hotel is merely an 8-minute walk from the St. Pauli U-Bahn station, providing easy access to all of Hamburg.
This Hotel will definitely be my top choice for a next trip to Hamburg.

Great location, most attractions can be reached with a 20 min walk or by public transport. Very friendly staff, bicycle rent available at front desk.
The breakfast buffett is also excellent with many choices and fast replenishment on busy days.
Our room was spacious and clean, however, the bathroom layout is weird: there is only the glass door from the shower cabin separating the shower from the bedroom. So, no privacy while showering if you are travelling with a companion or kids.
The A/C worked well on 85 deg days.
Parking in the hotel garage is super expensive at 28 EUR per night, unfortunately, there are no other public parking options close by. The hotel garage is very well lit and clean. When we parked in the garage for two nights, it was almost empty, although the hotel was busy with tour groups (mainly bus tours).
Great place to stay in Hamburg if you are ok with the room layout.

Breakfast was excellent.
However, the place is overpriced, both in terms of rooms and parking. For this kind of money, I expect to be delighted and I wasn’t. For example: if you’re charging over 200 Euros a night, don’t expect me to pay for water in the room. Give me some biscuits with my hot drinks facilities. A/C not working during Summer… it’s the little things that make a difference!
Can’t fault the staff though. To a person friendly and competent and housekeeping were on the ball, superquick, efficient and thorough.
Would recommend only for short stays.
For special occasions, I’d look for somewhere with more WOW factor.

Great location - near sights, but far enough from the party area to not be disturbed. Local shop and bakery opposite the hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms were clean and spacious. We had a double room (two single beds pushed together) with two separate duvet covers. There was an obvious gap between the beds.
Air con wasn’t effective. We were able to lower the temperature, but only by 3 degrees. The room was still too hot for us.

It was perfect room and really nice breakfast!!! check-in queue took very long time, we arrived on Friday afternoon so they could have planned for one person more at the check in desk.

The hotel is very nice, but about 2 km/30 min walk from the central station and shopping area around there. For the more Fancy shopping area about 1 km. The hotel is located in a quiet area.
The Staff is nice and friendly, but when i checked in they had given me the wrong room. I had specificly booked the first class twin room which is the biggest type of room inkl. a bathtub, but i was given a small room only with a shower. When I went to tell the reception about it they changed it right away and I got a nice big room with bathtub.
Breakfast was very good. Nice with fresh orange juice. Nice choise of coffee and Tea. Was missing hot chocholate, but otherwise a great breakfast :)

We had a very nice stay in the hotel. The weather was bad due to a storm in Hamborg, and therefore we spend a lot of time in the hotel. Everything was just fine and the staff was very friendly and nice.
Nice atmosphere in the bar and funny staff with lots of humor.

The staff was great, very friendly and nice,and accommodated our needs since we were travelling by bicycle. The wellness area is beautiful and the sauna was an excellent start to out short stay. Highly recommend staying here.
