The most relaxing vacation I’ve ever taken. The staff is great and friendly. The spa was so nice we went twice for massages. I’m already planning to go again.

Our stay at Sanctuary Cap Cana was absolutely unforgettable. This resort is a true paradise, offering the perfect combination of luxury, tranquility, and impeccable cleanliness. Every member of the staff provided exceptional service and made us feel genuinely special throughout our stay. The beautiful property, outstanding amenities, and attention to every detail created an amazing experience. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a first-class vacation!

Second time here and it’s still as amazing as ever. Service, cleanliness and food are top notch! Resort is a bit older than other resorts around and could use some updating but they keep everything extremely clean. I do wish Sanctuary Town was still part of the all inclusive package but unfortunately it’s not. Pools are great and the restaurant Wok is a must!
We can’t wait to go back!

All the property was inmaculate. The staff informs you always when a no included item you are interested, so no hidden charges. The food was amazing and the kitchen staff were very aware of any special food item you liked more, to please you next day...one of the chefs Julio, even share some goat curry he has made for the staff with me because I let him note i just like. It was some of these small details that want me come back again to the property. The only bad experience was that the beautiful beach I was dreamed for was covered in sargassum and was not able for use, so the full experience was not met.
The are a nice asian fussion restaurant the "Wok " that serves sushi rolls, my experience is was the rolls were extremelly cold, and was not a pleasant one...other than this the place was very good.
In the room fridge there were some bottles of water, soda and son beers, not bad, but compared with other resorts of the area ( like Secrets) that includes some whyskies and runs, or other spirits i was a difference that others could weight, they have Bars open almost all night and in many places, but there are moments when you prefer not to go outside the room for a drink.
But in general the place and location are premium, and very well care.
