Great location near Att stadium!!! Front desk very friendly. Pool looked nice but didn’t use. Gym was decent. Room was clean and with a fresh scent. Overall good hotel would definitely come back and stay!

Well for starters, there’s false advertising regarding the shuttle, apparently on your website it says “complementary” from the airport but only from the DFW not the Loveland airport, then 20.00 to take me to the AT&T stadium? I mean that’s 6 Bucks on Lyft! Then I come back from a long day and find my room was left open by the cleaning crew? No stuff was missing though but that’s crazy. Lastly, no breakfast on your room though it says “complementary breakfast”? I do not recommend this hotel, plus, you guys even admitted the shuttle services, saying that the website is wrong? Then fix it!!

Not satisfied with this stay and would like a refund. The room provided might as well have been under construction. Cracks in the floor, not a clean room, door would not shut without you have to to push or pull it closed and double check. Bathroom doorknob was barely holding on.

We made this booking over a year ago which hotels.com then cancelled due to an expired credit card even though we have an updated card in our Hotels.com account. They left a VM in the morning which said we needed to provide a updated credit card.. not that if we did not they were cancelling a room. When we checked in at 4:45 the hotel was sold out and there was no room for us. Hotel also has an odd smell when you walk in.

The staff was very kind, but there was no information provided about the services available or limited dining hours, etc. The shuttle runs late and wasn't available to take us to the airport. The maids neglected to clean our room the day before we left.

My Son and I stayed in this Holiday Inn for the Cotton Bowl (Go Tigers). Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and comfortable. Bar & Grill on premises was great. IHOP in the parking lot was great -open 24 hours. Would stay again.

My son had ant bites while swimming in the indoor pool. Indoor pool was not warm. A/C didn’t work properly. Pull out couch was broke, hard, and had no sheets.

No grout in tile in bathroom… No USB ports and limited outlets. Very dated property that smelled like bad weed and terrible air freshener. Also, cards had to be rekeyed twice. The front desk clerk never asked for ID or even the name on the reservation. I could have been anyone asking for a new key to a random room!

Overall great stay rooms was clean could use some updating but close to the Dallas Stadium which was a bonus because that’s why I was there…hotel also offered shuttle service over to the game but you could walk if you wanted to.I would stay here again.

Hotel is conveniently located to all Arlington has to offer. However it should be named historical. Flash back to 90s . Its old and bathroom proves it. Shower is as low grade as it comes. Great staff ! Holiday in should invest some money back into this gem.

A hidden gem. Friendly staff, clean facility, comfortable bed and just overall a nice property. Good food and a great bar. Very conveniently located to sporting events. Great transportation options if you want to park your car in a free parking spot. Really enjoyed our stay and will book again for the next game.

Location was great. Staff were friendly and room was clean. However, hotel is very basic, lobby was very dark, automatic doors to entrance open too slow, lobby smells like mixture of smoke and mold. Interior of the property needs to be updated. You should also provide more towels in your rooms.

When we checked in we were happy. Smelled fresh, the lobby area is really nice. Our room was hot so we turned the a/c down. Within the hour we called the front desk to let them know our a/c wasn't working properly. We left for an evening out and didn't return until around midnight. Fortunately we brought a box fan with us and so happy we did because our room was still not cool!!!! My buddy was walking around barefoot (which I never do in a hotel), the bottom of his feet were solid black from the nasty floor. No problem, just take a shower, right...... The shower was horrible, it was broke! Barely any water coming from the shower head.

Well we were on our way to the Pink Concert and about 3:15 we were notified the concert was being canceled due to her being sick. Therefore when we called the hotel they said we had to call Expedia and you said we called to late, we just wanted to either get our money back or reschedule for November 26 and said we were to late to do that it was to late .

I do not recommend this place. The cleaning staff came in after we left for the day, and stole my wife's wedding rings and her iPhone charger. The hotel staff didn't bother questioning the maids.

We live in neighboring Plano. We were taking in two Rangers games and chose Holiday Inn. My first attempt at booking was showed 1 nite at $149. Started booking process over again. 2 nites $390. Anyway….I still have not been returned the daily room deposit. We had a toilet back up. Asked for late check out. Granted 12:00. But very discourteous and less than accommodating. They were calling at 11:45 to see if they should charge another day. My wife was not feeling well so we didn’t need aggravation. The room deposit should never have been charged but at least returned with same speed with which it were taken.
