The property is beautiful and the accommodations are wonderful. The staff and service are excellent. The only downside is the food and drinks, the buffets were quite disappointing with lack of options, tastiness, etc. and the drinks are very watered down. The restaurant options are nice but the cooks could use more training in cooking the different types of cuisine.

We stayed at this property from May 3 to 8. The check in process was okay but when we got to the rooms the key which were wrist bands did not work! We had to walk all the way back to front desk. The property is huge and the shuttle service even when requested never shows up! we waited almost 30mins and more and nothing on several occasions. My room smelled of mold from day 1 which I complained about, they said they would switch my room, when I went to confirm with Front desk they had no idea what I was talking about despite showing hem the email confirmation of said change . The front desk attendee then proceeded to process the room change and said to be at my current room between 3pm and 5pm that he would send the bell hop to switch us over to the new room. I waited and waited, then called front desk at 4:30pm and they had no CLUE about this request! no frustrating. we ended up staying in this room for the next 5 nights where my sinuses were not doing well. Horrible service. They even try to sell you spa services. Half of the things included in the Spa hydrotherapy service don't even work. The showers, the turkish steam bath and the heat plunge pool. The services provided at the Spa are also ridiculously priced. Other than that, the property was well maintained but staff are hit and miss some are helpful some not. Overall won't be staying here again.

I had a great time at this resort. First all inclusive I ever experienced and would go again. Although some of the restaurants did not have the best food, especially for it being a Caribbean island was a bit sad. And the room service food was very bland. Just have to know which spots to go to eat. Other than that the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms and amenities and the resort activities were great!

I wish there was more authentic Jamaican food, I was really looking towards authentic Jamaican food. There was no music playing anywhere around the pools or anywhere. There was no parties. There was nothing too exciting going on at the resort. There was too many kids. The dress code to eat food was a little unfair. I am on vacation. I should be able to wear whatever I want, I paid to be there.

Room service was horrible. There were too many unfriendly staffers. Ty from Mombay was the “best”. Ice was always an issue to get. There’s ice rooms clearly labeled, but no ice or ice machines. There should be another option for take out.

I enjoyed the swim up bar and the close proximity of the Jamaica Hunt for food while drinking.

The property was very nice and had impressive rooms, views, pools and beach area. Food was very good and I really like the fact that I did not need reservations for the a la carte restaurants. However, the overall service and guest treatment was terrible. A few bartenders displayed annoyance when we would ask for drinks. One bartender was even rude when I was giving a tip to them! At the sports bar, the drink order and appetizers never made it to our table, after waiting for over 30 minutes.The drinks in the room's refrigerator were always warm, did not get restocked, and our AC never worked. Overall, half of the staff were unpleseant.

I had a great time at this resort. The entertainment was really good. I enjoyed a silent party; live bands; shows at eh theatre (jamaica jam/night was awesome). They even had a robot about 10 feet tall come out during the silent party (super cool). I would have given the resort 5 stars if all the amenities worked. Room service was suppose to be unlimited but the resort keeps the phone lines busy so you will never get through. In addition; I had the front office to transfer me directly and 2 and half hours went by and I never received my food. They did apologize and eventually food came to the room but it was no longer hot at that point. Also, the timeshare/concierge services for to attempt customers to buy VIP was annoying. I do not want anyone trying to sit with me and sell me something while I am eating breakfast. They pretend to be nice until you tell them you are not interested and then they have a complete attitude. Overall, great experience. Pools and view is gorgeous. If you are looking for an excursion; wait until you get there and purchase the excursions at Chukka. It's only 10 minutes away. It's in one of the shops/stores at the bottom of the stairs at the Grand palladium entry. Not the people sitting at the tables. Those are not deals; they just overcharge for little to nothing. We were able to do zipline; drive ATVs; and horseback riding (in and outside the water) for about under $200. This included transportation and food.

i enjoyed the overall settings of the property. What i don't like was that the room was rushed as it seems that someone was checking out while we were checking in. This resulted in the a few items being left out of the bathroom in addition, the Jacuzzi was not properly cleaned. Dirt was left in side. I cleaned it up when we got in and asked the housekeeper next morning for the lack of supplies.

Newly remodeled room in the Jamaica side is an excellent choice. Great entertainment staff, dinning options, endless pool choices, and multiple beach access. Great getaway location for ultimate relaxation.

It was clean, landscaping was beautiful, rooms and pool area were as expected. There were so many things were disappointing and not up to the standards that I expected. Bathroom smelled muggy. Hot tub was dirty, front desk reception did not explain a lot of what to expect or how everything works, they didnt explain about calling if we needed to be transported from our room to the hotel lobby wheb leaving, key cards were not working not only once but 3 times, all restaurants except for buffet needed to be reserved ahead of time which did not give many options when traveling with children, food that didnt cater to kids, food at the buffet was disappointing as milk was warm, deserts tasted as if they were in the fridge for a long time, eggs were very runny more runnier than usual, bacon was hard not crispy Amongst that since it was out fist time to Jamaica, we participated in an anniversary breakfast celebration that was more of a sell us a product celebration to become a member of their travel club which not to mention was ridiculously expensive and not only that one of the staff memebers insulted us by saying we are part of an enthinicity just because of your last name. Employees are also rude to the point that at 7am they would be yelling through the hallways while you were sleeping, slamming of doors, ice machine was not close/ not working mini fridge was not replenished as expected. No shuttle provided from the airport to hotel although it was listed.

Our stay was very nice . The food was so good and the amenities were good as well.

So so lovely! Three of my friends and I stayed for a week and LOVED our time.

swim area - too narrow, and get rid of the sea weed. Otherwise excellent. Staffing needs topping up especially dining area for guests with kids. what your staff to visitor ratio for dining and kid's pool?

Property needs updating

Terrible service, rude staff and good luck if you need anything. Water doesn’t get restocked nor do towels. You call reception and they like to hang up on you instead of helping.

The employees are really on island time and have no sense of urgency
