The window curtain in my room was torn on the end and it made it difficult to sleep with the light coming in. No tub. It was a standard shower with a half glass door. I hated it! No toiletries of any kind in the room.

The hotel was quiet, clean and the staff was very friendly! The only “complaint” I would have would be the beds weren’t as comfortable as we would prefer and there weren’t any USB outlets. Other than that everything was great! Breakfast was nice and they had a lot to offer! Great walking distance from everything within the town!

Had a really good stay! This is a good and convenient downtown location. Staff very friendly, courteous and accommodating. Convenient parking just across the street. Our only two complaints were that the pillows were too small and the shower is very narrow. We can certainly overlook that and would recommend this property and stay there again! Thanks!

The hotel was very nice and room was immaculate. Parking was a bit confusing but it was $10 per day, which was reasonable. We ran out of tissues and almost ran out of toilet paper but were unable to reach anyone on the phone at the front desk to ask for more.

2 nd time stayed at a Hyatt was very impressed with the hotel Kevin at front desk very helpful and Rose at breakfast was making sure everything was available and good. Stayed at sunscape resort in the fall of October would not recommend that resort to anyone hard to believe it was owned by Hyatt !!

I just wasn't expecting the bathroom to be so small. The shower was small with a half door. Maybe that is a new thing but I like to be warm when i take a shower. NO Mircowave in the rooms. Then they say thry have one in the lobby for 24 hour use. My husband was looking for it at breakfast and no microwave. Asked the attendant to heat up his food and she was not the most pleasant person. I need to read about places before I just book a hotel. My fault. Oh and you pay for parking.

Nice hotel downtown. We liked that we were able to walk to shopping & many great restaurants. The bed was really comfortable & the complementary breakfast was very good.

Great location, service and parking. Rooms were clean however a crunchy Cheeto found at base of toilet was not ours. Otherwise, the room appeared clean. Please install outlets with phone charging ports or add fixtures with phone charging stations. I forgot my charging plug and was surprised there wasn’t any receptacles available in room. Many less attractive hotels have a receptacle or outlet in their rooms.

We had an access;le room which was good but the walk-in shower and toilet were in one room, and the sink was in another. We found it awkward to use the toilet and then have to walk to another room (several feet away) to wash our hands.

First stay at this hotel after staying elsewhere many times in Bethlehem. Great stay. Easy to check in. Easy parking across the street. Clean hotel. Snacks and drinks available in lobby can be added to your room for convenience. Above average for a free breakfast. My ONLY criticism is the showers. Whoever designed them probably never used their design. You have to get wet to turn them on. There's no shower door, just a deflection shield. It's a little cramped trying to shower without water getting out. When they go to remodel, that should be their first priority. Otherwise, loved it there. I will go back.

In town for one night to see friends and this Hyatt is my go-to for such events. Rooms are spacious, clean and less expensive than nearby options. Plus you can walk everywhere and parking is extremely convenient.

Our room was excellent, neat, and roomy. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and available. We were especially pleased with the quality of the free breakfast. The parking garage was convenient and reasonably priced. We have recommended this hotel to our family and neighbors.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was excellent. The room was very loud: heater and some other noise that we could not figure out where it was coming from. It literally kept me up all night. Also, the room overlooked the dumpster and was next to the laundry room. Two huge negatives for me. I am all about the view.

This hotel is very nice, and is in a great location near downtown. It's easy walking right into downtown Bethlehem. The staff were all great. There is a great breakfast in the morning that is more than we usually get with bacon and sausage and eggs served hot. Parking is across a side street in the parking garage, and the entry and exit can be a pain if the electric arm isn't working and won't raise to let you in and out. I think the pricing is reasonable for this nice and comfortable hotel that is perfectly located for downtown visiting!

Our stay was great. Check-in went smoothly and staff were helpful. The room was fine. The room, however, was not tidyed up when we returned from our day. The note said since COVID that service had been eliminated. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, just okay. What I did notice was that the china plates and real silverware we used to get in Hyatt Places was no more--paper plates and plasticware.

I would give it excellent if they had parking. Everything else was great. The young girl in the kitchen noticed i needed help and asked if she could help which was a nice change. Front desk was helpful at check-in also. Room was clean and comfortable. What more do you need .

The breakfast was awful. Powdered eggs always cold. For the price I paid I expected much better food. I asked ahead of time it there was a restaurant and bar and I was told yes. No restaurant and the bar was a joke. Three seats and the receptionist aka bartender didn’t know the difference from red or white wine and I had to open the bottle bc she didn’t know how to do it 🙀 The room was acceptable but overall I paid WAY to much for what I got. When we first checked in we couldn’t get the air to work. Turns out it had to be cleaned the thermostat didn’t work. I feel like I paid for the Hyatt name and didn’t get my money’s worth. Mary C.
