Excellent price but you get what you pay for.

The location was great relative to Allentown and area restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Upon arriving to the hotel, I was greeted by a nice young lady who informed me that there was a $250 deposit per room. I had reserved 2 rooms. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a room with 1 queen bed. All she had available was 2 rooms each with 1 queen and 1 pull out sofa bed. When I went to open the sofa bed, there was a lot of crumbs and debris under the cushions. I could not open the sofa bed all of the way because of the configuration of the furniture in the room. In the other room, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The hallways had an odor to them and needed to be cleaned, carpets were dirty. The rooms, other than the sofa bed, were clean.

The pool was nice.

Had to pay for parking. Hotel needs updating. Bathtub had cracks. Pool didn't open until noon.

Very comfortable and worked well for our family group, with one elderly mother and one small dog!

Great -easy to get to -nice breakfast, comfortable, sunny dining room. (Wish there were waffles!)

Rooms could have been a little cleaner. Crumbs on floor on kitchen area.

Spacious suite, with a fireplace and TWO bathrooms in a quiet area close to shopping & eating.

We are a family of five so the two room suite with a kitchen and TWO bathrooms was perfect. I was surprised to see that we had a second bathroom. The suite was spacious, very clean and there was even a fireplace. Having three tv’s also proved to be beneficial since everyone enjoys different things.

I wouldn’t say that I didn’t like it, but when we arrived at 2:15, we were told checkin wasn’t until 4:00pm. Thankfully I has my reservation in my phone and was able to show it since we had been traveling for thirteen hours. We were told we could pay $50 for early checkin, but decided to drive around for the 45 minutes to see what was in the area. We also discovered that despite reservations including breakfast, not only were there not be breakfast on Thanksgiving, which I suspected, there was no breakfast on Friday. We did pickup breakfast at the Waffle House and brought it back to the suite to eat so other than an added expense, everything worked out well.

The room next to mine was for my sister and it wouldn't open we had to wait for someone to bring a key and that didn't work so it was getting late so they put her in another room.the next morning im sleeping in its Sunday don't have to check out till 12 well at 910 they slammed and beat on the room door that wouldn't open it was scary to get woken up like that .so ya the room was nice the bed comfortable the front desk people were nice.the banging was messed up and did get much sleep

Bed was very uncomfortable. Was given 3 towels and 3 wash clothes- reservation for 4 people, including a toddler. No sheets etc for sofa bed in room. Front desk staff spoke poor English Fri eve. And none Sat eve

The breakfast was good and a great way to start our day.

The room was dirty, broken furniture, mixed up shower products, dusty with sticky tabletops. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The doors durt and scuffed. Terrible room.

Property needs major renovation. Property is run down. Restrictions on Breakfast service has not changed as most other hotel breakfast services have after lifting of covid restrictions. Staff is unfriendly.

The room was clean and the description and pictures matched. Overall a nice hotel.

There was a $250 surcharge hold that was added to the bill at the time of checking in that was not disclosed to me at the time of booking and was not disclosed at check in. I questioned the front desk at check out and she point to a small sign taped to the plexi glass. I specifically booked the room for 3 people, It was a queen suite that included a queen bed and a pull out sofa. The room came with no linens for the pull out sofa. There were barely 2 full sets of towels for three people. Breakfast is only served for two hours. So if you get in late from an event and don't get up early, plan an alternate for breakfast. It was available from 7:30 to 9:30.

Not as clean as I would have liked. Bathroom walls dirty, furniture smelled like mildew. People in next room had a pot party and ventilation system brought the smoke odor into our room. Bought some Fabreeze which helped.

I loved the size of my room. Dominique was very helpful from beginning to end. Thank you so very much for all your help.

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and more towels and washcloths could have been supplied.
