Very Nice location and a Nice view

Very clean property, not too far at all from restaurants. Had lots of problems with the wifi links, which made finding places to eat and go difficult. But overall a good place

Great base near the railway station, very walkable to other central places, perfect location for us. Loved the spacious roof terrace (room 81), excellent views over the city to the water. Kitchen decently equipped, though broken coffee pot wasn’t a great start it was wiggly replaced, thanks. Air conditioning was such a bonus and enabled a decent nights sleep! Not the poshest place, only 1 small lift, but very much more than adequate.

Great location, convenient to transportation and to walk to the center of Trieste. It was spotlessly clean. It had a beautiful terrace with a view over the rooftops of Trieste. We couldn't have been happier.

Very convenient location, basic and clean apartment.

Tv was broken, wifi was unstable and crashed every couple minuets. Hot water only worked for 2 minuets. No reception to check in it check out. APARTMENT KEYS WERE LEFT IN LOCK BOX BECAUSE THERE WAS NO RECEPTION TO CHECK OUT WITH

It was a spacioux apartment with z fabulous large balcony. The view was spectacular.

Very convenient location for the train station and the centre of town. Great terrace with a view over the rooftops of the city. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, coffee machine and a washing machine. Perfect.

Very good stay. Still the reception hours are very limited and I was confused by the message for the car parking.

Spacious apartment with a large balcony in an excellent location for walking and taking the bus. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, an oven and two burner stove. Washing machine in bathroom. Helpful staff on desk. Very happy that we chose this property.

Good location, walking distance from train & bus stations and from downtown. Minimal dishes and cookware. No decorations. Take your garbage down to the bins.

All round excellent but note it is a residence and not a hotel. Facilities are all there for self catering, central location and very large.

After reading many reviews of this property, I believe that it was amazing. While it was very clean and just what was stated, we arrived at check in to find the air was out in the room and no wifi because it was out as well. After speaking with the front desk, he stated they would try to fix it. It was around 100 degrees in the room with no fans. We had dinner reservations with friends and asked him to text us to let us know the status. I do believe he tried to have it fixed and was concerned about it but never let us know while we were out what we were coming back to. When we arrived home from dinner, we found the air still out, and a small fan in the room and the front desk was closed. Needless to say, after all day traveling this was not what we expected. We went back on expedia and booked another room down that street that had a 24 hour front desk and was amazing. We have asked them for a refund but so far have not received it. We hope they will do the right thing and refund us fully for this room. We would have switched to another room as well but he stated he had nothing else available and that we could open the windows with the fan. We tried but it was so hot, and the restaurant bar nearby and we could hear glass breaking constantly so we did not feel safe. We think the room and the place would have been great but they were not able to adequately respond to the need of their room not being what it said or having another room to switch us to and no help.

Very good location , very nice apartment at a good price and very spacious , the only minor thing is that the shower is very small, im a slim person and just managed to fit in there!

The location was great, staff at reception lovely very helpful, friendly. The problem was people had smoked in the rooms even though there is a no smoking policy, rooms didn't have a kettle.

Handily located near the central area of Trieste with all it’s monuments & cafes, yet walkable to the main rail station. Generous in space, large & very comfortable bed plus all amenities for self catering. Would definitely stay there again. Helpful staff.

Clean room with plenty of space. Easy after hours check in. Good location in a wonderful city.

Just left this hotel after 4 nights in Trieste. This is an excellent choice in this city. HUGE accomodations, very convenient to train station, cafes, the old town, the cruise ship port and the tram. The staff here were soooo accomodating, helpful and pleasant. Probably my best hotel after a month in Italy! This was more like a small apartment at hotel prices. It had a small kitchen, laundry facilities and a huge outdoor deck with tremendous views. It was quiet and comfortable to sleep. The location was very safe, and did I say the staff were all very helpful, friendly and cheerful. They went out of their way to help print maps, give directions and explain local sights.

The residence is in a very good location, just a short walk from the train and bus stations, waterfront and town centre. The air conditioned room was spacious, clean and nicely furnished, with adequate kitchen facilities to make breakfast and lunch. There is a little traffic noise which is to be expected due to the city centre location, but this is really not a problem and we slept really well. The reception staff were particularly helpful and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
