What great fun hotel for families, even had a special party for everyone each night serving cake snd popcorn very fun.

This property doesn’t look like the online pictures nor the reviews . When I pulled up to this resort first thing came to mind was a motel. Too expensive for the motel feel and smell. The water park really not smaller kid friendly. My son is 4 and was able to get on any of the slides in the kid part . It was the worse experience.

The room was small, especially the bathroom. It was very dark too. The workers started at 7am with an excavator of some sort. Very noisy. Only one vending machine and it only had soda for $2.50 a can!

All the fun you can have in one location! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet, safe with reasonable rates. The downside is no signage for elevator location and upon check-in one of the desk employees was on the phone talking very loud, making it difficult to understand the nice lady that was helping me.

I think that the rooms on ground level should have privacy tint on the room window so you can keep the blinds open for natural light without people seeing your business.

I felt this resort was pretty outdated and honestly a lot of the areas were dirty and could use a good deep clean. Overall though, the amenities were great and we were never bored on the property.

well where i start. she put room behind elevator stairs. we hear clomping all night ! the water cold in wayer park. kids area closed. life guards got onto my grandson all the time veey few people in pool.

Great place to stay with plenty for the kids to do. The Fun Spot is fantastic for the kids as well as the water park. The Grand Country breakfast buffet is fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful.

We took our first family trip with our 3.5 year old twins and our 1.5 year old. The hotel was simple and clean with a standard flatscreen TV, mini fridge, and microwave. Beds were comfy and the staff was very friendly. The real star was the water park though. The kids were too small to do a lot but we rode the lazy River and wave pool together. Husband and I took turns sneaking off and riding the water slides. Lots of fun and we will definitely be back again!

The hotel was nice and family friendly. We enjoyed the indoor waterpark and the fun activities. Housekeeping services could have been better but overall we loved our time spent. Definitely plan on returning in the future

Snowed in and ruined short vacay. No accommodations from front desk for winter weather. Not one dollar discount to add another night. That’s fine, Holiday Inn Express across the street was extremely helpful and accommodating with early check in, continental breakfast and an $76 room!

The live animal show was horrible I felt that the animals were terrified of the trainer and you should look into it more closely maybe get a new act where the animals are loved and well cared for that do tricks out of respect and not fear

I did not like the fact that the doors to the room faced the outside, especially if you're staying there in the winter. To get to ANYTHING (rooms, other buildings, restaurants, waterpark, etc.) VERY poorly marked to find anything. Very frustrating. Otherwise, a very fun place especially for kids. The new addition to the waterpark was amazing. Only downfall is it's a separate building (but is connecting) from the other part of the waterpark. Fairly reasonably priced for the facility.

I assume I’m reviewing the motel and not the property itself. The motel is disgusting. Hands down the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed in my life! Roaches crawling around, feces from the prior guests on the toilet seat, trash from the last guests all over the room. If you walk around barefoot for 2 seconds your feet will be jet black. Dust an inch thick on headboards and frames, bathroom floor gets barely wet and it’s like an ice rink (still recovering from a pulled possibly torn muscle from falling), tables were sticky from previous guests. So, motel is 0/10. But, the water park, although small is pretty good! My kids loved it! The property indoor pool and hot tub weren’t bad either. The shows at the music hall were great! We loved Apple Jack! He was great with our kids and all of the other kids! Nice guy! He should run for mayor! The go carts, arcade and papa grands pizza were also a very fun building! We loved it! So, things to do around the property were a 10/10. We booked 2 additional nights (before arriving) through the resort itself so we were stuck for 3 days but honestly I’d just stay at an off property hotel and come enjoy all of the other stuff they have to offer. DON’T STAY at the resort! I’m just glad we didn’t bring any of the roaches home with us! They have a bad roach problem here, every night when we opened our room door, they would all scatter! AVOID the motel! Come for the water park and shows!

This was my third visit, I was here twice last year, and brought my granddaughters back this year. And they love the waterpark! We perfer going during the week when its not so busy. Granddaughters are talking about our trip back next summer.

Great place to stay. Only thing was the beds were really really firm. we all included the kids said that our backs hurt. We had a blast on site. from the water park, to riding go-carts, laser tag, golf, and the pizza was amazing. along with we all got free coffee and tea after several places at the park while staying. We were in building 3 which is really close to the fun park. it is a little way from the water park but wasn't a bad walk. We spent a whole day at the hotel with the water park and fun spot. we never had to leave.

Took our granddaughters on a short trip to Branson. They are both 8 and LOVED the water park. We played mini golf and played in the arcade. The resort was close to everything, but we didn’t leave much. People were friendly and the staff was very accommodating. Our room was just what we needed. We all want to go back!
