We had an excellent stay. Wonderful hotel, clean, tidy, very helpful staff and the hotel is in a really good location.
Rooms were excellent, each one with a record player and access to some great Vinyls in the reception area.
Beds were comfy and rooms were well laid out. No air conditioning, which was tough during our stay during the heat wave, but staff were happy to provide fans or Aircon units if available.
We were within short walking distance to Deutsche Museum and the hotel is very close to the No.17 Tram that took you into the centre of Munich.
About 5 min walk from RosenheimerPlatz station that is direct to Munich airport on the S8 train.
If you like running there’s a really great 7k+ route along the river and into English Gardens from the hotel, map provided at reception.

Super clean, great location, comfortable. The shower was next to the bed, unusual but fine! Annoyingly, housekeeping turned off the fridge every day, and there was no aircon, but the fan was pretty good.
We didn't get a chance to try the on-site restaurant, but the menu looked great!
Overall, I would recommend - I'd happily stay here again!
