It was a great place to stay. The view from the cottage was awesome, and the area was truly beautiful. The cottage had all we needed to cook dinner and breakfast. Perfect!

Though the place is adjacent to road to 12 apostles it was very quiet. Good natural scenary and farm animals around. I was woken up early by roosters very early in the morning, other than that it was an wonderful stay.

Cottage was easy to find and very close to the 12 Apostles for the sunrise viewing. The accommodation was basic, super clean and plenty of heating to keep warm. The cooking facilities were limited with a portable electric 2 elememt stove top, microwave and a portable oven. There aren't any shops close by, so being able to cook is important. The surrounding farm scenery is idyllic and enjoyable place to relax.

Great stay, sitting on the back deck listening to the waves crash and staring up to the stars.. Excellent night sleep and a stones through from the Apostles.. 10/10

If you want to just chill out for a little while this is the place to stay. See the waves of the ocean breaking from the back verandah, enjoy the company of a variety of bird life, just enjoy the fresh air & peace... has everything you need, and not what you don't need. Comfy bed...

We stayed at the 'Snug' 2 bedroom cottage for 3 nights during our Christmas trip to Great Ocean Road. The cottage is well located and easy to find. It's only a short drive to 12 Apostles. The cottages sits within a lovely farm and has beautiful view over the fields and to the sea from the verandah. You can watch the sunrise from the living room. Inside is spacious with seperate living and dining area. Both bedrooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. There are toys for the kids to play. My only complaint is the bathroom needs some servicing: shower head is leaking badly and the bathroom sliding door does not slide properly. In overall we have enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place!

Lovely outlook view from the property. Quiet too. Chooks & goats provided warm welcome (but not the aggressive rooster) Close to 12 Apostles and other coast viewing area. Property was pretty basic. No stove to cook on - just a portable hot plate and electric fry pan. Limited cooking utensils and bench space to accommodate hotplate and electric fry pan. Tourist info provided was out of date. Loved Timboon and the 12 Apostles Gourmet Trail.

A rustic cottage with everything needed dor a short stay. Comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Communal fire pit for those wanting to light a fire, which we did. Only negative was limited comfortable seating indoors.

The cabin was well furbished and comfortable. Most cooking utensils were available but water was limited for showers and dishes due to no town water because of the remoteness. The water was rain water only. But the stay was worth it.

I wish we had been able to stay for longer at this property! We stayed here for only a single night on our way along the Great Ocean Road. These cottages were perfectly situated near the drive, and the farm in which we awoke was just a stunningly beautiful sight to see! I think 12 Apostles Cottages would be a great place to stay for a few nights to get away from stress and have a great time of relaxation in some beautiful country. The owners (who live onsite) were so friendly and helpful, even for our late check-in. I hope to go back!

The view was amazing, we were so warm and cozy on a very windy cold rainy night. The owners sent very welcoming text messages and emails prior to our arrival ensuring there was no delay settling into our cottage. Communication was great

Convenient place... that's it. No service at all (in fact, we never met any staff there), and nobody else was staying there except us so it was a little scary at night.

View fantastic. Location excellent. Peaceful environment. Kitchen facilities good - liked provision of milk etc. in fridge on arrival, instructions to appliances good, welcome book very informative. Slight negatives were lack of window blind in bedroom overlooking fields, BBQ needed cleaning (but we didn't want to use it anyway), veranda ceiling needed sweeping. Overall, excellent experience and would definitely go back again.

Great stay at this lovely cottage. Spacious and everything you need available. Loved the BBQ at your own terrace. View from cottage is amazing. 7 min drive to 12 apostels (go there for sunset... )

We stayed for a couple of nights whilst exploring the Great Ocean Road and Great Ocean Walk. The outlook is peaceful and the cottage charming. We were easily able to cook evening meals in the kitchenette. The chickens will love your food scraps and maybe lay an egg for you. Need to remember to get groceries at Apollo Bay or Port Campbell. Beds comfy and showers hot. Would stay again.

We were here for a weekend getaway. It is a beautiful location, close to all the local attractions. The night sky was Amazing! We woke up to a great view every morning through the large windows. Kitchen was perfect for our needs for the weekend. Will definitely be back! Thanks Ryan for the hospitality!
