The food was horrible, no at the right temperature very cool, air conditioner in the dining room was hot the coffee maker in the room was dirty no for human use I have a picture of the coffee maker. The rooms also hot, the towels supposed to be white and they look yellow, WiFi was only on the lobby area. I will not recommended this place to nobody, I visit this place for more than 15 years and I think is my last time. My name is Rafael Santana my # is 603- 765- 7954. I have pictures and proof of everything disgusting place.

The beach,water and weather were excellent. The facility need some improvement. They were long lines to the restaurants except the one manege by Francisco at that evening.. On his watch every thing was going nice and smooth. La Romana food could taste better.

We stayed at Sunscape for 5 days and it was the worst experience ever! The only good thing I could say is the staff. The staff for the most part were amazing, once you tipped them, they became even better. They are some of the most humble people you will ever meet. As far as our room and the facilities, horrible. Where to begin. Both the beach and pool close at 6pm. Yes, 6pm and they kick you out. The alcohol is not named brand. They only serve Classico, and you’re lucky if you get Barcelo and Brugal. Our room was worse. The door, to start, had a huge gap at the top letting hot air in. The AC was horrible. We spent most nights sweating because of how bad it was. The bathroom was okay, but there was hair left behind that was not ours. The bed, was horrendous. It felt like you were sleeping on concrete and the pillows were harder than life. We asked for softer pillows and were told they didn’t have any. Our other room was supposed to be changed due to the lights, phone and AC not working but they never changed the room. At this point, we were so frustrated we didn’t even continue to complain. The food was OK. Some items were questionable. The late night restaurant and Italian restaurant were the best for us. We got locked out of our room and they came at 3:30am to charge us but later returned it. It took them forever to fix the door. The spa, absolutely AMAZING! would definitely going especially after sleeping on rocks. I could write for days, but I got cut off at 1500 wrd

Sorry to say but i wont be coming back to this resort, my first disappointment is that their was no wifi in the Rooms, 2 the room was really dirty spider web on the lamps, super dusty under the beds. Even after the house Keeping went into my room she didn't bothered to look under the bed. Thanks god it was my day, most of the staff all they car is about tips. If only they understand that giving people good service is how you get tips But no they treat you based on how you wish is bad. The hotel has potential but they need to do better with the staff and invest a little money on the hotel .

This was a great resort to spend my anniversary. We had lots of fun. The food was amazing especially at the restaurants. Everything was clean and staff was very friendly. The only thing is that in our room the AC was not cooling at all. We called several times and they said they would fix it but we did not feel anything changed. Other then that, we had a great time!

Stayed at this resort for 4 days, and 3 nights with friends & we had an amazing time. We came during off season towards the end of September. This was peak time for locals to stay and visit the hotel. Our flight landed on a Friday morning & we stood till Monday afternoon. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, they allowed us to check in early & also allowed us to stay on the resort after check-in time. The bartenders were friendly but I did not really like the drink selection as it was local rums and well drinks which some are watered down but will pack a punch after a few of them but the president's beer was always cold and good. I typically bring my own bottles to avoid this. Our food always had flavor please do not trust the reviews left by others. I advise that you try a burger that is packed with flavor. Since we flew in on a Friday we had the opportunity to try out all the restaurants by the time we left which included the Argentinian restaurant, Japanese restaurant, and Italian restaurant. We also are at the main buffet, the tamarindo poolside buffet, & the late-night brick oven Dominican-style pizza. Also, there is a hidden coffee shop by the gift shops located near the theater that has some of the best Dominican coffee and cakes. The nighttime entertainment & disco were okay. The rooms were clean overall just needed updating. The resort is small and you can enjoy everything. The resort is a bang for your buck and is worth staying for a short trip A

Great value for the money overall. Need to imorove the quality of the rooms as our chargers kept falling out of the ourlets, the energy saving card slot didn't seem to work and one of the lights wasn't plugged in. Also need to resurface the pool. We walked on paint chips several times. The staff was very kind and helpful and overall we enjoyed our stay!

The facilities are dated. Phone and internet was out for three of five days. Shower drain was slow and kept flooding entire bath. Pool floor is peeling. Grounds are clean and pretty.

The resort was very nice, the staff were lovely at the restaurants and bars, however there was nothing to do. The music was not enjoyable, the bar selection is limited, and they were underprepared for the nightly shows and disco. All I did was eat, sleep and swim. They need more staffing and better entertainment

Food was decent. Personnel so polite. Not a lot of entertainment. Dancing floor starts very late 11pm. every section has its own wifi, which makes it tiring to always look up for it, unless you pay for premium. My room was spacious, clean but was not as bright is it's shown on pictures.

The staff was extremely helpful. Shout-out to Nicole pool/night entertainer, Carlos our waiter very polite and friendly. Down side to the resort is the food. Food was always cold. Windows needs a microwave or something. Please get better chefs and better wifi service

Being at the adult area sun club section with pool was very nice and nearby bar. Inside my room wifi would not stay connected and to get a good call signal off wifi I had to stand on the balcony. Being the place was overbooked there were no rooms available to move to but know a friend that I was there with had great reception in there room. This was one of the first all inclusive places that the buffet had better food then the a la carte restaurants one night we actually left the restaurant and went to the buffet. The last night we left the resort for dinner which is a first choosing to pay for dinner when staying at an all inclusive resort
