The home itself offers water views from the spacious matter suite and from the back porch off the dining room. The home shares a wall with another unit (adjoining one bedroom apartment; message me to book both) but both units have extensive sound proofing panels installed for privacy and separate private entrances. This unit is the main house. there is no adjoining or shared entry. on your private back patio, as you enjoy the best sunsets on the panhandle. Don't miss the amazing coastal bike path, fire pits, heatedpool, gym, boardwalks, restaurants, shops, and wetlands walking paths, just steps away.
