About this condo rental
Located in Ridgedale, this attractive condo for $218 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Gated community on Table Rock Lake - Nice pool, lots of space and extra beds!. Great Unit on Table Rock Lake, walk down to the water to fish and swim, cool off in the pool and just 15 mins to Branson! The most important thing is enjoy the fresh air and the lake - that is why we call it the Air and Lake condo - you can feel the stress melt away! Wonderful space in this 4 bedroom unit overlooking the pool and in a gated community close to Branson! The View is a great complex in a great location. We have three units in this exact building - this unit is right next door to our other 4 bedroom unit and above our 3 bedroom! If you want to have a big group in a great location on the lake this is it! This 4 bedroom Table Rock condo is a great option for lots of space and a lake view from both sides. Though small, it does show you what the water looks like today - lets you know to get the cooler packed and head out for that glass like water unique to Table Rock! The condo is 5 min to Hollister, 5 mins to College of the Ozarks and their amazing restaurant and 10 mins to Big Cedar. If you want to enjoy Top of the Rock, be close to Big Cedar but not pay those prices this is a reat option. There is an onsite marina but most guests like using State Park Marina which is only one cove over. Tons of windows, light and bright and a huge amount of space! - Living Area - The 2 story living area has beautiful views, natural light and is an open and airy so everyone can gather together. There is plenty of seating, including a large recliner and seating at the dining table and island. There is a large tv as well. You can enjoy the patio and overlook the heated pool. We always offer free WIFI so you can enjoy streaming or if you have to get some work done. The patio is right off of the living area and a perfect spot for morning coffee. - Four Bedrooms and Four Full Baths - The four bedroom suites all have an attached bath which is great to be able to get privacy as well. The master suite connects to a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower, and the second and third bedrooms connect to its own standard full bath. All of the main floor bedrooms have a king bed. The upstairs lofted bedroom has 2 futons and also includes a standard full bath. - Fully-Equipped Kitchen/Dining Room - The dining room overlooks the pool and has plenty of space for Thanksgiving dinner or a game with popcorn as a snack! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials - even including a crock pot so you can have a hot meal after a day on the lake or Silver Dollar City. The kitchen has stainless appliances (including a dishwasher), tile floors, and granite countertops. The condo also includes a washer and dryer. There are games for nights in as well. - Additional Information - Once guests stay at The View at Emerald Point they come back year after year. Great location, nice and quiet, gated community, close to the lake with great amenities. This is a good option for big groups as well because we have multiple units in the complex. There is no trailer parking at the condo parking lot. You can make a reservation for your boat and trailer at the marina next door, Branson Bay Marina, or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina - a 5 min drive.

Nice bi-level condo in a gated community on Table Rock Lake. Plenty of room for the family, and without all the traffic noises from the main highway.

Perfect place to stay for our family. Clean pool for us to relax in. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes. A/C worked great and showers had nice water pressure.

Nice amount of space to give each family space for some alone time. Only negative comment: We had huge amount of recycle. Saw no place other than trash bin to place. Made me sad for planet.

This was a great location for our family to stay for a wedding near by. Accuracy of directions and check in was great. There was a great assortment of snacks and everything you need for the stay including coffee, tea, dish and laundry soap, etc... Our only complaint was the limited parking. We only had 2 vehicles for our condo but couldn’t find parking one night for one of them. The 4th loft bedroom is open. It worked fine for us since that’s where the grandsons stayed. The access to the beach was not an easy one but doable and there was no lake view from our condo. Overall it worked great for our group of 8.

Our family with ages from 6 to 65 stayed for 5 nights. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool and the outside grill was great for preparing a family meal. The layout was good for 3 sets of adults. The large kitchen worked well for the group.

Great amount of space. Balcony was nice with outdoor furniture. Pool looked cloudy, probably needed chemicals, but not the condo's fault. Would stay there again!

Condo was nice for 3 couples and 2 kids. The kids stayed in the loft bedroom. We liked that everyone had their own bathroom. Great view of the pool off the balcony. Would be a great location in the summertime with kids.

This was a beautiful location to enjoy the Branson area. Well-equipped, with four full baths. The loft is out of sight but very open when it comes to noise from the living area below, so it is best for those who sleep soundly or go to bed late and rose early.

Our whole crew enjoyed staying at the view. Had a couple issues but called the manager and he got right on it. Thanks for a wonderful time!! We will recommend this place to our friends.

We were very comfortable and happy with our stay. The condo was easy to get to and the area was nice and quiet. The snack basket was a great addition and the kitchen included everything we needed for our stay.

Very spacious, clean, and well appointed condo with 4-BR/4-Bath. It was very close to Big Cedar/Top of the Rock, School of the Ozarks, and Table Rock State Part--easy to get anywhere, including the Hollister Town and Country Mart. Very pleasant experience with everything we needed and more.

Recently lost our sister in law and the remaining siblings wanted to try to spend precious time as we can together. Live in 3 different states and all are getting older. This condo sleeps eight comfortably. I would’ve liked to have seen an actual bed in the fourth loft bedroom instead of two futons which were very uncomfortable for the kids. This condo was very well stocked with lots of extra sheets ,blankets, pillows, and towels. Very nice decorations we really felt at home and we had a great time while visiting Branson

This property was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Each bedroom had its own bath, the large table fit us all, the balcony looked out over the beautiful pool, and it had easy access to HWY 265 making it close to all Branson attractions. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable with lots of good comfy pillows. The bathrooms amenities included lots of towels, a hair dryer for each bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Communication with the property owner, Sandy, was great and we appreciated that she allowed us to have a late checkout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
