Enjoyed the comfort and great location of our hotel. Kitchen afforded us to prepare breakfast and sandwiches. View of old town and the Adriatic Sea from our hotel balcony is awesome ! The Banje Beach is a few minutes walk down from our hotel.

The room was nice and very clean. We were in an attic room, which we could look through the sunroof (it opened so you could stand through it). Amazing view! The hostess was nice. We were able to park just outside. To get to Old Town, It was ~250 steps down a couple staircases. When exiting Old Town, there are taxis right outside, so we took the 15 euro taxi instead of climbing 250 steps.

Great hostess, very clean, beautiful views. A lot of elevation if you are on foot but that’s the price for a stunning view🙂

Fantastic place to stay in Dubrovnik. The view from property is absolutely amazing. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, try to get room with view if possible, but if not their is a common balcony to view town. The hostess is very friendly and helpful, welcome drink appreciated! It is located about 10 mins walk from Old Town, but that amazing view comes with stairs! If you’re able, it is fine, but if you have mobility issues, you will need a ride to the Old Town. Recommend as place to stay in Dubrovnik, very good value for money, clean and unbeatable view.

Great view. Too far to walk to Old Town as there are way too many stairs. Owner lacks sympathy.

There are a few steps - well a lot - up to the property so you need to be fit to go up and down these a couple of times a day. That said Dubrovnik is full of steps and hills, so it is something you have to accept. The view from Rooms Raic is amazing - from the room and communal balcony. The rooms great value for money. There is a bar and mini-supermarket at the bottom of the steps too and the property is only a 10 minute walk from the Old Town.

This attractive space was clean with great views over the fort and harbor. Not too far from the fort but lots of steps. Nice shared balcony for our use.

Rooms Raic was wonderful! Amazing view over looking the bay and Old Town. My host, Anka, was so nice and told me many fun things to do, places to see and eat. I will be returning to Rooms Raic and referring all my friends who were jealous of my trip to Dubrovnik!

Lovely apartment , stunning views, great service, really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend . Only niggle was - we never had enough hot water to have showers in the morning (one of us might get a quick rinse but that was it)

e stayed for only one night but it was very clean and comfortable. A great view of the city. It was a very short walk downhill to the old town. Be prepared for the walk back up the hill to get home! The host got up to give us a ride to to the ferry at 6:15 am for a small fee which was very convenient.

Wonderful stay for three nights in Dubrovnik. Clean, nice host, engaging. I would recommend anyone staying in Dubrovnik confided this option. Stunning views of the city too.

Great room, newly updated bathroom. Views from the shared balcony are unbelievable - perfect place to watch the sunset or for an afternoon drink. Location is pretty good - easy to get into the Old Town but it is a significant trek to get back up the hill. LOTS of stairs and hills to get back up, would recommend finding a good bus route or opting for cabs to return.

Great apartment only 20mins walk from old town. Fantastic views from balcony and from velux window in my room! If you don’t like stairs - it’ll be tricky getting back though!!

This facility was very clean and had a breathtaking view of the city below. The only issue we had was our reservation was for a king bed and we ended up with a double bed. My husband and I do not fit well in a double so we did not sleep as well as we would have in a larger bed. But other than that the facility was great. It is quite a long walk to the main part of town and to restaurants and shopping. The walk is down hill so it was fine but you need a cab to bring you home. Cabs were easy to find and very inexpensive. Free parking was a plus! It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room since breakfast is not provided and there is no where close to get something. I would stay here again but ask for one of the rooms on the lower floors with the larger bed!!

The hotel staff was excellent , very helpful and pleasant. The location was excellent. It was a great value . We found Sarajevo to be charming and a fun place to visit with interesting history and nice people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me and my girlfriend (young adults) had a great stay here. We landed to have the airport transfer waiting to pick us up which is always a nice relief. He took us to Rooms Raic where we were greeted by the owner as soon as we stepped outside of the car which was lovely to have such a welcome. We were then helped with our bags and shown to our room (and given free complimentary sweets and a drink). The room was tidy, the a/c was perfect for a couple of soft Brits not used to such a heat. The cleaner was great, we always came back to a clean room (even had our clothes that we'd just left on the floor folded up nicely and put onto the bed) and we had no problems with the room at all our entire stay of 6 days. And lastly, the view from our room was breathtaking. Like I say, we were there for 6 days but the view was something we could never tire of. It's like looking at a picture everyday and even on our last day we still couldn't believe how beautiful it was. The only slight issue with such a great view is that getting down to the main streets, beach etc. takes a lot of stairs. Not a problem when going down but when the ubers are about 20 kuna, it's worth it to avoid the stairs.

The staff were really lovely- friendly and very helpful. Keen to answer any questions, sort out transportation and generally make you feel welcome. The locarion was also good. It's about 15-20 min walk to the old Town and a 5 min walk to a local supermarket. Also, the view from the balcony was stunning (see pic).
