Please call us if your dates cross over between low and high season for the correct rates. **STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED** 2 Night Minimum in Low Season 7 Night Minimum in High Season This is a lovely 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom 2 story unit & consists of 1 x Queen bed in main room, 1 x Queen bed in the 2nd Bedroom & 1 x Bunk bed in 3rd room, bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. The Unit has a Reverse cycle, split system air conditioner in the main living area downstairs .Wall mounted TV in lounge/ dining area to relax after a day out and about exploring Kalbarri. The kitchen is well stocked with all the general cooking and crockery needs, fridge/freezer plus a microwave stovetop, oven, . This unit is a lovely place to stay in & relax . This unit has a small patio area with outdoor setting to sit back and relax and the end of the day. Laundry facilities are available within the complex, swimming pool and tennis court are a few of the facilities available please note you do need to bring your own Rackets and balls .This unit is Privately Owned. PLEASE NOTE: 1. If you are having difficulty booking the dates you require or the price generated seems incorrect please call Kalbarri Accommodation Service and one of our reservation consultants will be happy to assist you. 2. Linen and 1towel per unit ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels. 3. Strictly NO pet property. 4. ALL our properties are fully self contained. 5. NONE of our properties are serviced. 6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town. 7. NO smoking inside our properties. 8. No Schoolies Accepted Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins. Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground. Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours. Kalbarri has: - bakeries, butcher, IGA, three fuel stations, post office, tavern, pub, bottle shops, restaurants, fashion boutiques, surf shops, chemist, bank agencies, coffee shops, beauty salon, fish and chip shops, sports oval, skate park and much more. This complex has a luxurious pool area comprising a 25 metre lap pool, an extra large wading pool and a toddlers pool. You can enjoy the beautiful coloured pool lights in the evening. The share BBQs and two playground areas that will keep children occupied. There are tennis courts for your use but you do need to bring your own rackets and balls. Laundry facilities are also available on site (Card payment required)

Thanks for our fun stay in Kalbarri. Management was very helpful and very good to deal with. The unit was compact but with all the essentials. One couch had broken webbing. The complex was in a great location and our young kids had fun exploring the playgrounds.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything we needed, warm in winter. But not very welcoming with many warnings what we should not do and threats of fines. There was wifi after all despite the recommendation to go to the library for wifi.

It slept 5 of us perfectly .. no complaints here ! We would definitely recommend this place to any one

Reviewer Comments: The location of the property was good though its view was mostly blocked by other properties in the area.The property is cozy and well maintained. Just if you have something to cook then dont use much spices the exhaust is not that good.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice little two storey 3 bed. All 3 beds and toilet bathroom are upstairs via a tight spiral staircase so not great if need to use frequently. Beds very firm. Couches sink and uncomfortable. Crockery is too small, needs larger bowls. Lots of other utensils and baking trays etc and some dw liquid and flyspray. Wifi and pool, fast flowing shower, great place for a short stay, a week was a little long with the staircase.

Dated and run down, but usable. Was fine for what we wanted which was a cheap stop for our family. Kalbarri as a stop I would not recommend. The town suffers after the cyclone over a year on, no great place for food, limited things to do.
