The property is exactly as described. The location is fabulous if you enjoy a quiet beach. It is a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. The house is extremely well stocked with everything you could need. The house is absolutely beautiful with many areas to enjoy the outdoors. We will definitely return!

When entering the house you feel like you're almost on top of the water. Great views from almost every room. Only a couple of considerations: the open floor plan means no sound barrier for the bedrooms, and the house is right on the main road (like all on this stretch), so there is a bit of car noise. I loved the large sofa, and the table easily holds 10. Not to mention the patio and large outdoor table. Spacious bedrooms, nice decor. Beach towels and chairs provided! Location is good - less than 10 minutes to grocery store and close to St Augustine.
