Horrible experience. As soon as we walk in the door there were numerous dead worms. Continue into the house and there are ton more, including alive ones in the showers. Next there was an army of ants in the kitchen. It was so bad we couldn’t have any food out during the day. We noticed the house was missing some essentials, I told Giselle about it and she made no attempt to do anything. So I had to make multiple trips to the store to stock the house with things such as hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper. Then as soon as we checked in, we noticed the pool pump, hot tub or splash pad wasn’t working. I made Giselle the property manager aware. She got back to me the next day saying someone was going to come by 5pm. No one showed up. After 5, I messaged her and told her she said they already went and she’s waiting on their report. Never got back to me. So during our stay we didn’t get to use these amenities the way we wanted as the chlorine was not being pumped/filtered and burning everyone’s eyes. The 2nd night of our stay, the A/c on the 2nd floor stopped working. This is where most of the bedrooms are. I made her aware the next morning. I was told to just turn down the thermostat which we had already tried. She told me she was going to get someone out there. I messaged her at 2pm and she said she was working on getting someone out there. Never heard back from her. She never made an attempt to fix any of the issues she was told about and we were stuck with no A/C.

The home is spacious and is well-suited to accomodate large groups. The kids loved the pool, but the patio furniture is underwhelming compared to the home decor. Not all rooms have televisions, so be aware of that. Other than the ants and gnats which are a FL staple, there are no complaints.

Beautiful Home, main area has no Tv, Ant problem in kitchen and bedrooms, offered a movie theater did not work, pool has issues kept loosing water, not enough towel and wash clothes. Overall it was a stressful Vacation for me and my family.

Overall everything was good with the exception of the extreme heat in the house at night and the ants in the bed and the dresser.

House was nice.. There could have been more towels and washcloths. There should have been TV in the front living area

Great home. Gate personnel very nice. Traffic at main gate road terrible. Took 45 min to go 2 miles. Traffic bad every evening.

We found the property to be nice but it was very poorly maintained. There were several issues which noted were immediately brought up attention of maintenance crew, including broken door handles, microwave out of order, dishwasher out of order, outside fountain out of order. Only issue was addressed was door handle one day and nothing else. The major issue we had was with the mattresses, at least two of the rooms had mattresses and bed frames that were broken, when we would lay down the head was lower then the feet, ie mattress was at a slant, which has started neck pains and lower back pain and most importantly, lack of quality sleep, I would rate my experience at this property poor, therefore I’m requesting at least 50% of my money back

Great overall home, great service 😊

All guests said they loved the home, the decoration is unique, large pool with screen (we noted it was the only home that had privacy with screens), comfortable beds and assistance 24 hours. The communication was impeccable! Amazing!
