Our first room was tiny and we could hardly move around. The pictures do NOT accurately depict that room. Finally after the second day I talked to the owner and let him know that we would like a refund for the last 2 days. He was super cooperative but told us that we would have to request the refund through VRBO and they would communicate back to him and that could take a few days.e also asked if he could look for another room that was satisfactory to us. We agreed and as the title speaks. . . He was super cooperative, and every bit a gentleman and good business man. Long story short we stayed the last 2 nights in a very nice room and we will return. Some things are in need of updating this very, very old, (and historic) building but after talking to the owner and his explanation of what they were doing to do just that, I'm sure future guests will be pleasantly surprised.

Room needed improvements and thought we booked a balcony. Location was fabulous. More breakfast choices. Owners very gracious.
