Exclusive community amenities for this property include tennis courts, a fitness center, nature trails, bicycle paths, an Olympic swimming pool, access to Bob Sikes Cut, and more! Le Reve is close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, St. George Lighthouse Museum, and playground. The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete parking, a covered entry, and a convenient elevator to easily unpack all your vacation gear. The private pool is a beautiful oasis with palm trees, a waterfall, and plenty of chaise loungers and Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy. Just off the pool is a delightful screened porch for afternoon naps or a quick lunch poolside. A convenient exterior staircase provides access to both deck levels of this wonderful home. When the day ends, enjoy a rinse in the enclosed outdoor shower and prepare your fresh catch with the fish cleaning area and park-style grill. The first floor offers a comfy den with a large TV, a wet bar, and a mini-refrigerator. Direct access to a private balcony overlooking the tropical foliage is a great spot for your morning coffee. A laundry room with a washer/dryer is provided for guest convenience. Gather together on the second floor and take in unbelievable views of the turquoise waters. The open living/dining/kitchen floor plan allows for loads of comradery. Comfy furnishings, a large TV, and a wet bar make this a perfect gathering spot. Exit from the living room to the wonderful Gulf view deck with a dining table, chaise loungers, and additional conversation seating. The well-appointed kitchen offers stainless appliances, granite counters, and a decorative tile backsplash. The breakfast bar seats four and the dining table seats 10 for meals, puzzles, and high-stakes card games! The adjacent den provides a desk area for those who must work, a TV, lots of puzzles and board games, a queen sleeper sofa, and direct access to an Island view screened porch. A half bathroom is provided on the second floor for guest convenience. Multiple DVDs, VCRs, and a stereo are provided for guest entertainment. Beach gear credit is included with this home - book a stay and get your choice of kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, and more! ST. GEORGE PLANTATION AMENITIES -Fitness center -Tennis courts -Two community pools THINGS TO KNOW Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The house was beautiful and just like it was advertised. Only had one small problem and it was handled immediately. Would definitely stay in this house again.

Nice home at the end of the street. Felt more private than many of the other homes. However, for the premium price for this house I would hesitate to recommend until they get the roach problem under control. 1-2 roaches—acceptable, 8-10 unacceptable!

Fabulous location! House was nice but needs quite a bit of general upkeep/maintenance. We had some significant safety issues (not able to lock doors) the first 24hrs and management company was incredibly unhelpful getting the issues resolved in a timely manner. We also received the wrong code to get the key and the only way we got in was through an unlocked door. There were bugs that needed to be treated/cleaned up and we had to handle that ourselves. Would not rent again from Vacasa.

Lovely location. Home had a few maintenance and minor cleanliness issues, but we enjoyed our stay despite these.

Beautiful home on the ocean but was surprised that it had a shared public access to the beach that had quite a bit of traffic in front of our rental. The home is large with enough space for everyone. Loved the open and screened porches off of most rooms! Plenty of games and coloring for the kids in the office area off the kitchen. There are no beach towels or sand toys which would have been useful. Must bring your own laundry supplies but had dish soap and hand soap in bathrooms. We chose not to heat the pool after finding out the $75 per day fee is taxed but spent most of our time on the beach. The sunrises each morning are spectacular!

Booked for family of four adults (2 adult children). Furnishings and fixtures are high end compared to many rentals we have tried on SGI. We had only a few minor issues, most of which Vacasa customer service was able to help overcome. (Doors are tricky to lock and dishwasher didn't do a great job.) The pros outweighed the cons by a mile. Beautiful views from everywhere. Great beach access. Elevator is great for bringing groceries and luggage up and down.

Access to the development`s common pools, courts, etc. was close by and there was plenty of room both inside and porches to accommodate all guests, ranging in age from one year to sixty-eight. Certainly a recommended property on St. George Island.

We stayed here a week and absolutely LOVED the property. The management company not so much. It started with a lack of communication from the property manager. I heard nothing about checkin. Finally the day before I called and they said, “Oh, let me send you the check-in email”. What if I hadn’t called? I had to go to the management office to get a key. How would I know that? Then the cable TV didn’t work when we checked in. We reported it and they said they would send someone out the next day. Next day came and we had to call again. They did not have anyone scheduled. Someone came out and said it appeared to be a cable issue and they would call the cable company. We waited 5 days and not a word. Finally I called back and they said it would take a week to get someone from the cable company out. So for our entire visit (a week) we were not able to watch a single thing on any TVs. Not the news. Not the State of the Union address. Nothing. And no real concern by the management company.
On departure day, we had to return the key to the office. The management company had their parking lot blocked off and at 9:30 their doors were still locked despite the open sign on the door. So we couldn’t park or drop off the key.
Aside from the management company, the house is absolutely terrific! Well appointed. Great location. Very comfortable. We would go back but wish a different company was managing the house.

We enjoyed our stay at La Reve! The private beach and pool were perfect for our family! The house was well stocked with beach equipment and we loved biking on the island. I highly recommend using your resort credit to reserve bikes or bring your own.

Wonderful Home! We have stayed in a great number of homes on the island / Plantation, and La Reve is our favorite by far! Very roomy on the inside with a feeling of seclusion with no other homes to the west! We’ll be back!

We've been visiting SGI for many years & this home was perfect for 5 adults & 4 children, ages ranging from 9-94! Home was clean, kitchen well stocked, & pool well maintained. I would highly recommend this home!
