Other Things to Note: IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions. For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a complimentary cleaning service each Friday. Additionally, the pool service will also be carried out on Fridays. Both of these services will only be scheduled after receiving your approval. Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear. We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations: - Close the faucet while you wash your dishes - Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands - Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering - If you use the washing machine, wash only when you have a full load We appreciate your support and understanding & must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property and if it is necessary to refill the water, this will be the responsibility of the guest. No pets are allowed on the property. Wi-Fi, flatscreen TV, bed linens, bath towels, and some basic essentials are provided complimentary during your stay. We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels. Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out. There is no daily housekeeping service but if you’d like to arrange to have the place cleaned during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional charge. Since the townhouse is located in the heart of downtown La Paz there may be some potential for noise. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. House Rules: - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed.
