The pool is under construction and is currently closed. Perched directly on the shore of Lake LBJ, this third-floor condo is the ideal home base for your next getaway to Texas wine country. Grab a bottle at any of the dozens of surrounding vineyards and enjoy a glass with the spectacular sunset each night over the lake directly from your balcony. Several nearby marinas rent boats and watercraft if you want to explore by water, and you’re an easy drive from abundant shops, restaurants, and other amenities. At the condo itself, you’ll find an updated, light-filled space. The open plan combines the living area, dining area, and kitchen, which boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for the chef to whip up a masterpiece. Grab a bite together at the adjacent table, or return to the balcony and dine alfresco. After a day of winery-hopping or exploring the lake, come home to relax in the central air-conditioning while you stream the latest release. At bedtime, guests of the primary bedroom will enjoy direct balcony access and an en suite bathroom - but don’t call it a night before one last toast on your balcony to the first - and next - perfect lake day. THINGS TO KNOW Horseshoe Bay Resort amenities are not available to guests. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The condo is located near the best the resort has to offer. It is clean and has great space for a family. It is tucked on the back of the building over looking the marina. You get a water view, but it has great privacy.

I've stayed at the Horseshoe Bay Resort and love the area, but wanted to explore other options since we had two couples on this trip. This condo is amazing! With three bedrooms, plenty of room for all four of us. This condo is extrememly clean and updated throughout. Large primary bathroom with updated touches everywhere. We'll definitely be looking for this exact unit 33 on our next visit. A++++++

We loved this beautiful condo over looking Lake LBJ. Updated. Super clean. Fully stocked kitchen. In the heart of the stunning Texas Hill Country. Close to dozens of vineyards, distilleries, and breweries. An hour from Austin (SXSW; Formula 1; ACL). You can’t beat this 5 star condo. Can’t wait to rent again. We will definitely be back!

We love the ambiance and cleanliness of the place. Everything is in order.. you can find anything you need from plates, pans, to toiletries. It would have been nice if there is coffee available.

The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well-supplied with kitchen items. I had a friend from CA visiting and this was our base for hill country adventures. The padded patio furniture on the balcony made for comfortable hours of relaxing and enjoying the view of Lake LBJ. Very nice place - I’ll be back!
