About this house rental

Hi I'm John with Gainesville STR. Check out our great ratings and reviews! 3 bedroom pool home in NW Gainesville, ideal for small families and groups. Our property is centrally located : 2 minutes to Publix 5 minutes to Starbucks 12 minutes to the stadium 40 minutes to Ginnie Springs 10 minutes to I-75 Our house is located in NW Gainesville, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a master bedroom (with king sized mattress) and two guest bedrooms (one king and one queen sized mattress). The living room boasts a 72" 4K TV and the fastest internet package available by our cable service. You'll have access to the entire house and backyard pool area. I do not live at the property, but I live in town so I'm only a phone call away if needed. Upon guest request, we also have a child travel kit which includes high chair, pack and play crib, children books, and child safe dinnerware. Please ask us before arriving if needed.

Nice place to visit with our college kid before the Fall term begins! Very nice place and quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay. Location is great. Very clean house. Allowed pets and even provided pet bags to use. Prompt communication with owner. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

As an out of town Gator in town for the Miami baseball series, my family and I couldn’t have asked for more from our stay. The property was in a quiet location, only about 15 minutes from the ballpark, and was ready for us when we arrived, complete with towels laid out. It was clean, close to shopping if you need it, and best of all, the owner was no frills about check in and check out. Definitely will keep in mind for future stays in Gainesville. Very nice clean house. The pool looks good but water was really cold so didn’t get to use it. Was a good location for us, it was close to Gainesville Raceway. We would stay there again!
