Indoors, the home boasts a spacious game room with pool table, foosball table and other games, perfect for a fun night in with friends and family. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable bed and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for catching up on your favorite shows or watching a movie before bed and relaxation during your stay. Guest Access: Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, balcony, BBQ Grill, Wi-Fi, limited parking (8 Cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer. The Neighborhood: The neighborhood around the home is a safe and family-friendly place to live. It is close to a variety of amenities and has a low crime rate. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms.
