hello my name is Amadou, I just completed my stay at Pacha and it was a WONDERFUL experience. First off the customer service was nice and friendly from every employee we encountered! Very helpful and gave us great recommendations through the city of Tulum. The Presidential suite was excellent! Bed was cozy, bathroom setup was nice, living room area was beautiful and A/C was COLD!!!! you’ll need that bad in the Tulum heat. Pool upstairs was nice and clean as well! Overall we enjoyed our experience and would recommend this hotel

Expedia and Pacha Tulum Boutique Hotel are really in sync. I booked and fifteen minutes later we arrived and our room was available. We got free upgrade! Rodrigo was very thorough, welcoming, friendly and helpful.

We loved the tropical garden and the cozy atmosphere of the place. The guys at the recepcion are very friendly and we loved so much the Suite President with the private terrace with the cute little pool to enjoy after a hot day!
We'll be back here, thanks for everything!

Small hotel at the side of the road in Tulum, outside the city, small room., Our experience was unfortunately bad, the room was not what we expected, had a bad smell, the shower didn't work properly, the of the toilet was broken, the was able in the room floor right next to the bed, that was covered with a carpet, the bed was clean but the sheets and the pillows were uncomfortable, no cover on top of the bed, check in process was not friendly at all, no greetings at arrival no instructions were given, we had to ask for the wifi password, ask for the towels for the room.
We will not come back and we don't recommend this hotel.
Overall experience 2/10

The staff was friendly and helpful. Located conveniently at the top of the strip. Anything that you need or want Peter and Alan are there to help. Will definitely go back there.

A little gem Boutique Hotel in a strategical position to visit Tulum and places around!
The staff is absolutely brilliant, they are always tring to help you and providing lots of tips that for a tourist is impossible to know! Our room was lovely and super clean! We'll definitely coming back in the future! Thanks to hosting us!

Staff was amazing! Super friendly and very helpful with instructions on how to navigate through Tulum.
The place is in a very busy street but great overall. There is a small restaurant next door which is very convenient, a supermarket and street food across the street.
The only thing was that warm water wouldnt last long so we mainly showered with room tempeture water. Beds were also not comfortable but I think for the price is great because it motivated us to get up and explore the town.
We rented a scooter from them as well which made sooo easy to navigate through the town.
Pretty cool overall.

We loved a lot the beautiful tropical garden inside the property that let you forget about outside. Room are cozy and has all the comforts you need.
Staff is simply awesome, helps us a lot to plan all our trips around Tulum!
We will come back for sure and we strongly encourage to enjoy this place! Perfect balance between cost and what you enjoy!

On the last 2 days of our stay we were woken early in the morning with demolition starting on the building attached to this hotel. The noise was deafening and continuous. There was no warning from the hotel management and compensation was refused.

Staff is very nice. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and it was not very "presidential". Musty smelling and rather disappointing.

This hotel Is NOT a 4 star, VIP access hotel. It was a total scam. We arrived there trusting Expedia that they wouldn’t false advertise a poor conditioned hotel as a “VIP access”, however upon arrival our room had flies and bugs flying everywhere, the AC was so old and loud, and we were told we can’t turn it off due to moisture built up. Toilet flush did not work. Bed covers did not look clean and we were scared to even sit on the bed. We left the hotel and did not stay there. The hotel was unwilling to help us and we did not get our refund. Both Expedia and the hotel are responsible for this scam!

I was very happy with the clean room and much needed AC unit. The staff were super friendly and helpful with suggestions for food and activities. We were able to rent a moped from the hotel, which saved some hassle.
It's in a good location as well, just a few blocks away from lots of great food, shopping, and bars.

Overall, this is an ok budget hotel - you get what you pay for. The lights in our room didn't work, the shower gets the bathroom floor very wet, one of the bath towels had a large brown stain and the toilet seat did not at all fit the toilet (my husband even fell in). Also, the décor inside the room was of poor taste (felt like I was staring at the bottom of a community pool's mosaic). The AC was good though, and the pool area is small but pretty, and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Nice for the short time I was there. Only stayed a short night as flight cancellations interfered with my trip. Checking in and out was fast and easy. There was no tv in my room so if you’re looking to have one, you may have to request a specific room. Didn’t get to enjoy breakfast as I had an early morning tour but it’s a nice small little place. If you want quiet, this place isn’t recommended because it’s a busy area and you can hear your neighbors as well.

The place was nice and clean. Had all the necessary things and great service.
A bit far from the beach but most hotels are located in this area. Overall good stay

Room was very small, maybe 12 x12. Beds small. he out side of hotel was bad. I actual drove by it twice insisting that wasn't it, lol. Trash containers, construction, and gravel out front. Convenience store right next to it which was nice and grocery store across the street that had a 20 min line in and out because of covid. The toilet in the room has a sign that's says do not flush paper, with a lidded garbage pale, and then a water hose to presumably clean yourself, lol. The sink was painted over and had no fixture. The small copper pipe just sticks out of the sink which sprays everywhere if you are not careful. There are no shelves or room for any toiletries. There are very few outlets in the room and no are near the beds and there is no room for night stands. The sheets and pillow cases smelled bad like dirty dish rages. No, I am not exaggerating at all. My son said the same. I had to ignore it or not sleep. The only thing nice in the room was the shower which must have ben redone recently. The pool is a joke and doubt anyone would use it. The people working the desk and night security were very nice and friendly. It's not their fault how bad the rooms are.

Stayed one night at pacha when i arrived in Tulum! Lovely hotel and very friendly staff.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and the location was exactly what I needed - accessible and easy to get to and from when walking.
It is located at the corner of a busy/main intersection so it was noisy but that is to be expected for the location.
There is a grocery store directly across the street and a convenice store right next door to the hotel. It was 15-20mins walk to most restaurants which I liked so I got to see more of the centro area. The beach is not walkable from this location.
Wifi wasn't the best but I attributed to the combination of bad weather/ heavy rains and Tulum being in the jungle...which is to be expected.
My biggest concern/issue with my stay was the dust in my room. It was so uncomfortable to be inside and it was on everything - the chair, the headboard, closet, window sill etc.
This was the only negative thing about my stay here.

Beds were ok, shower suuuucked, blind didn’t cover the windows and woke us up, but the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Surprisingly quiet and the restaurant out front rules.

Place was great. Easy to find after landing in Cancun and driving. Staff were great. Only slight would be the parking and the pool was out of order. Other than that it was really nice

This is a little Oasis in the middle of a busy town! It is clean, safe, & nice! The staff were all vey nice & helped so much in answering our questions. We really liked our room, the pool was clean & pretty, & breakfast was a pleasant bonus!!! We really enjoyed it & the beautiful beaches nearby!! Also, the food trucks (& safe & reasonable) & supermarket across the street were very convenient! Loved our 2 night stay--wish it were longer!!😊😊

Had a great stay, the place was private and the rooms were very nice. Had a pool open until 10. The breakfast was great with several different options cooked to order every morning. Free bikes to use and its conveniently located to to either go downtown or ride your bike to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great breakfast! Free bike rental! Overall a good place to stay in Tulum

It is a lovely hotel. Breakfast is good. Location in the middle - so a cab (100 pesos) or bike to the beach and a small walk to the town. The highway running through Tulum is busy. I think i would stay 3 nights instead of the 4 we booked (only as there is much more to see in Mexico). Definitely felt safe and it great to relax by the pool. All the staff are helpful and friendly.

The room was outdated, smelly and damp. The room was different from the pictures. Not enough blanket and there was no door between bathroom and bedroom. The wifi didn't work. The staff was very helpful in giving advice on places to visit during our stay. I would never go back.
