Im not satisfied. No family room available for my RESERVATION so they change it into two rooms but what they gave us was a room full of cockroaches and the other room has a not functioning door. Poor customer services. Smelly comfort room.

It was a disgusting trip , I traveled 12 hours by land only to be accommodated by staff that are not accommodating and very unfriendly dispite the pleadings i made.

It was terrible service and the place was dirty .i was not satisfied the place, it was dirty, bad servise, no toilet paper, the sink was clog.with water, the toilet bowl was dirty wont fluah, the shampoo bottle was empty, no soap, and has coack roats, and the phone was not working,we have to wait 2 hours before they check me in my room

We had great time staying even we just booked for a night stay, eventhough the smell the water drainage in the shower room is not good. just hope they will put coffe mugs and electric kettle in the room. Great location and though the hotel is still under refurbishment, it’s clean and the hallway is spacious. It’s a super budget friendly hotel. Will book again in this hotel again👍👍👍

I did a reservation for my mother. My mother told me that cockroaches was in the bed and crawling in the walls my mom even took picture and video of the roaches and they are big!. The faucet is broken and the shampoo bottles are all empty. The linens and bedsheets was never changed during the whole duration of stay of my mother. All in all my mom is very disappointed.

The good: good location next to Araneta ctr, bottle of water free, easy access to main roads The bad: many broken items in room, noisy, wouldn't store bags for a few hours, toilet didn't work, dirty/old if you like that, you'll love this place. It seemed like a cheap Chinese hotel we visited a few years ago - no maintenance or upgrades, just get people in and try to change bad reviews later. Specifically, the remote didn't work, the toilet didn't work, and the 4 girls at the desk were too busy playing with the men around the corner to actually get us checked in so we could sleep (some of us still go to hotels to sleep. Who knew?!) Overall, the location had good access but it wasn't a good experience and I wouldn't recommend to anyone except Justin Bieber

I booked price not quality and I got what I deserved. The Winter Hotel smelled so bad I was sickened by it. The Staff said they just sprayed for pests. Apparently, the quests are pests because this is what ultimately forced me to leave early losing the money I prepaid the hotel. But wait! There’s more! The first room I had the toilet was backing up and gurgling from the toilets upstairs and weird stuff was coming up into the bowl. The second room, every time I used the toilet (even to pee) someone had to come up and plunge it. Ps the electronic keys didn’t work in either room. The third room flooded due to heavy rains and the key also was spotty. And the last room was finally abandoned due to the smell. Ps all the rooms have exactly one plug to charge your devices. The elevator was broken off and on the whole stay too. I suppose the bright lining is that this 67 year old man with COPD needed the excercise of walking up and down 6 flights of stairs. Suffice it to say RedDoorz is off my list. I will note: the staff was apologetic and helpful as best they could be despite their doleful looks acquiescence to the reality of the situation that the RedDoorz business model seems to be ‘hotel slum lords.’ At least with this one building. In fairness I didn’t stay at any others... nor would I.

Security was good and the hotel staff were kind and approachable. There were food stalls outside the property where you can eat from in a budget. Overall, it was a good stay.

Front desk said we don’t have booking but we already paid. Poor front desk. We end up looking for another hotel.
