Joanna, the receptionist was amazing. She literally was the best part of my vacation as she was very attentive, kind, professional, sweet, and overall gave great suggestions for me to choose from to make my trip the best I've had in awhile. The suite was well maintained and was nicely located with great views of the sea, the winery, and the villages of Prygos. The plunge pool was very nice, though I didn't expect it to be salt water. My only critique is that the housekeeper knocked on my room door really hard each day which often caused disturbance to my sleep. So as a recommendation, it would be helpful to the future guests if Alunia Incognito Suites provide Do Not Disturb cards or signs to hang on the door so that housekeeping knows when not to disturb. Otherwise, I had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to all future travelers. Joanna deserves a raise. She's the best!!

Property was really nice, the view was second to none, the pool wasn’t heated though and that would have been really nice in the cooler evening temps.

Excepetional place with beautiful views!
We arrieved out our beautiful suite as part of my wifes birthday treat. We were handsomly granted at reception and helped with out bags. Stunning place close to the town of Fira.
