This was our third time staying at this wonderful apartment. Such an excellent location. Close to the town for the bars and restaurants and also a short walk to the beach. What a great plot on the corner with lots of outdoor space for dining Al fresco or using the sofa and chairs for relaxing on the patio. Highly recommend this well equipped apartment, it has everything you need.

Great time away good weather but accommodation ideal for our family. Clean very well equipped and spacious had everything you need inside and even choice of pool side toys for the kids. Great private corner spot with small garden and table and separate sitting area to chill out also. Great equipment in kitchen area.
Area and pool great size plenty of space and sun beds everyone very welcoming no loud noise very respectful people during our stay.
Close to shops and supermarket and very near to the beach.
Booked again for 2024 even before leaving Alvor this year!.
Host at hand and local and good contact and the arrival process very smooth shown around the site and everything within the apartment any quest answered but most covered during comprehensive welcome.

We arrived earlier than our check in time, Sandra was more than happy to allow us earlier access and was waiting at the gate on our arrival to let us in. The apartment was bright, specious and spotless. Sandra had also got us some supplies in, milk, water, tea, coffee, wine and ice pops for the children. The apartment is at the end so gives you alot more private garden space than others. There can be a bit of noise in the evening, traffic, people chattering and the wee chu chu train. But this never interfered with my children sleeping or us. The pool area is gorgeous and just up the garden from apt. Always plenty of beds and umberellas. The water is very chilly, but we climatised over our stay!š
The beach is stunning, beautiful sand, clear water š and only a few minutes away. There is an intermache just down the street along with lots of other wee shops and bars.
The strip is only a few minutes walk away, lots of wee cobbled streets with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and a small but stunning church at the top of the hill, above the fishing marina.
The fishing marina is just down from the strip and apartment, a beautiful spot to watch the sunset, there is a little beach area that my children loved playing in after we had dinner. Plenty of wee bars and restaurants and some amusents for the children to enioy.
Overall we had the best time in Alvor, apartment was perfect and had the perfect location. We will definitelt go back and would highly recommend.

The apartment is very spacious and well laid out. All necessary appliances available and enjoyed tv channels galore. Patios were a treat to sit on in the sun for breakfast and book reading late afternoon. Situated in nice quiet area on complex and is ideal for relaxing break.

We have just returned from a week's stay at this lovely apartment which we chose based on previous reviews and were not disappointed.
Our directions and meet & greet instructions were clear and went to plan which when you're arriving as it's getting dark we were grateful for.
The complex is gated giving an additional layer of security. We had a hire car and there were plenty of parking spaces.
The apartment itself is lovely and spacious, very clean and very well equipped.
And the complex itself is beautifully maintained with a large pool area which was never really busy and we didn't have a problem getting sunbeds.
Location wise you cannot fault it. Over the road is the beach a couple of minutes walk away and if you turn in the other direction you are within minutes of restaurants and a large supermarket and only a slightly longer walk (& I mean slightly by maybe an extra 5 mins) from the main village which is a vibrant place with shops bars & restaurants.
The only negative thing I would mention is traffic noise from the road that runs between the complex and the beach which didn't make for particularly quiet chilled times on the patio during the day or evening.
Despite the single negative this place is definitely worth a visit.
If you are looking for a great apartment in a great location you won't be disappointed.

This was our second visit to this property and was still as brilliant as we remembered. The location is perfect for the beach and the town. The accommodation is faultless for comfort and very well equipped for all your needs. We would not hesitate to stay here again when we visit Alvor. Itās like home from home.

We stayed for a week in this fabulous apartment. Communication with Sandra the owner was great and she was able to answer all our questions and recommend a transfer company. The apartment was so clean and very well equipped. Our gitls loved the garden to play in and the pool and beach toys in the outside cupboard. The complex is fab and very well maintained, we all loved the pool and felt very secure. Check in was easy, Stef and her husband were lovely and there to meet us on arrival and show us round the apartment. We enjoyed our stay so much we are already booked for next year!

Excellent location
The property was in an ideal situation, close to restaurants and amenities. Stef and Nick were there to let us in and were very attentive to any questions we had. The gated complex is very secure and the swimming pool is lovely. There is a road alongside but didn't bother us as it was quite quiet in June and could not hear anything in our bedroom, in all didn't really disturb us. Yes I would rent this property again.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment which is superbly located 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the town.
The apartment is very well equipped and a very good size. Also because of its location on the complex it is very private.
The complex itself has a lovely large pool with plenty of sun loungers.
Having been to the beautiful town of Alvor many times the apartment offered us the convenience of beach and town at our doorstep and hopefully will be returning soon.

Brilliant!
Great ground floor apartment, enjoyed it so much weāve booked again for next year. Stef was waiting for us on arrival. The apartment is in a good position and feels private so we really enjoyed the terraces. Thereās everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, good entertainment system. Lovely and quiet position. Thereās only 2 things I would change, the twin room could do with a bigger mirror for getting ready to go out etc, and my family found the double bed a bit on the small side, not sure if itās a standard size, although they did get used to it. The swimming pools are excellent, our toddler loved the kiddies pool which really helped her confidence in the water. Canāt wait for next year.

A very spacious, well equipped apartment
A lovely spacious apartment that was well kept and well equipped if you wanted to cook for yourself. The outdoor space was great for eating al fresco and also a comfortable lounging area which was very private and quiet with being a corner plot. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely rent this apartment again. Stef was very welcoming and very organized in contacting you to arrange the keys. The apartment was also an ideal location as only a short walk to the beach and also to the bars and restaurants.

Fantastic stay!
This apartment exceeded our expectations!! Delighted on arrival to find a spacious, well equipped apartment. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a bright and large living/kitchen area with huge wrap around terrace leading onto garden area. 2 sets of outdoor seating areas plus loungers. Nice added touches like beach towels, beach toys, Board games etc. We will most definitely be back! Also thanks to Stef for wonderful care during our stay āŗ
