O apartamento possui boas potencialidades, inserido numa zona relativamente calma apesar de dois cafés/restaurantes por baixo/lado.Normal ou não, devido à pandemia, a estadia neste aspeto de barulho, foi boa (ausência de barulho vindo da rua).As piscinas à disposição (4) ficam relativamente perto, +/- 2 minutos a pé.A ida para a praia (barcos) também se pode fazer a pé, +/- 10 minutosMenos bom é a manutenção do apartamento, logo no primeiro dia, um quarto sem iluminação de teto, só candeeiro que tinha que ficar longe da cama.Limpeza do fogão razoável, mas zona circundante péssima, cheia de gordura (pingos) à vista (paredes, banca e exaustor)Num zona onde as pessoas vão para a praia, natural poder haver alguma areia em casa, mas vassoura nem vê-la para se poder fazer um breve limpeza (havia um aspirador mas como é lógico não é para uma breve limpeza).Esfregona, mais velha e podre … não podia haverTolhas para mesa refeições, inexistente ou bem escondidas.Fora estes pequenos pormenores de não menos importância, a estadia poderia ser classificada de boa ou muito boa, assim …Por fim, e apesar da amabilidade do proprietário, rápido nas respostas as questões colocadas, vão para lá de 2 semanas e ainda não recebi o reembolso da caução, apesar de o proprietário, já me ter comunicado que indicou à Vrbo a ausência de danos no apartamento e por isso ter direito ao reembolso do valor ficado como caução.

The appartment is very well located to walk to the boat you get to Cabanas Island and to the restaurant/shop street. The appartment is nice for a family; the only thing I'd suggest to make it perfect is a more confortable sofa in the living-room and also more confortable balcony furniture. We recommend it! :)

Heerlijk appartement in Cabañas gehad. Appartement is schoon heeft airco en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt erg centraal vlakbij station en de bootjes voor het strand. Wij vonden het wel fijn om een huurauto te hebben.Het enige wat voor ons met 3 tieners niet goed werkte was de wifi. Slechte verbinding en het was een mobiele wifi. Balkon was ruim genoeg om te zitten. Onder het appartement zat een koffietentje met heerlijke koffie en een goed restaurant. Wel zondags gesloten. In de buurt 4 zwembaden waar verder geen bedjes stonden dus leuk voor even. Kortom hebben wij hier een prima verblijf gehad.

The apartment was very well clean and equipped. There was nothing missing. The support since we arrived until we left was just great. I truly recommend for staying in the region.

Adoramos a casa e a sua zona envolvente. Silêncio e calma que tanto desejávamos. O Wi-Fi não funciona por falta de potência...Tudo o mais em bom estado, funcional e prático. Obrigada Selle.

Spacious and spotless with all the facilities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Good location to explore the local area and only a short walk to the seafront. Nice little bar, cafe right next to apartment and also a good little restaurant that is handy for an evening meal, very friendly and kid friendly. Overall, highly recommended and Cabanas is a gem of a beach and the restaurants are excellent!

Great two bedroom in Cabanas. Close to some wonderful restaurants and the fantastic beach. Short walk to beach-front bars and far enough to be nice and quiet. A restaurant and bar are right around the corner. Would stay again!!

Good position, lots of sunshine. very private only God looking on !! It was well maintained and decorated to a good standard. Everything that was mentioned was available, looking to book again for next year.

O apartamento é muito bom e gostamos muito de lá estar. A casa é espaçosa e tem todas as condições para umas férias com miudos. Apenas temos a apontar os colchões das camas serem muito moles e não haver uma varinha mágica para fazer sopa. Mas no geral foram umas férias muito boas. iamos para a praia a pé e a piscina estava muito bem cuidada e limpa. Recomendo.

We've just returned from a 10 day stay in Cabanas, the apartment was perfect. We arrived and were greeted by Jeff and Wendy who were really helpful and friendly, they told us how to get to the beach, where the supermarket was etc..the apartment was spotlessly clean and was lovely and spacious. Air con was a blessing as it was 40C some days but thanks to the air con and comfy beds we were able to get a really good nights sleep! The apartment had everything we could think of, beach chairs, sun umbrellas for the beach and even a cool bag and ice packs! The kitchen was excellent and contained more than enough utensils to make a full evening meal, which we didn't do very often but it was nice to know we could. Cabanas itself is a lovely little town, it has enough restaurants to avoid eating at the same place twice in two weeks, the beach is superb and you can find a spot (even in peak season) where you can be sat with nobody else around you for 50metres. The little boat that takes you to the beach just adds to the experience, it's superb and only costs €1.5 for a return ticket! Within very close proximity of the apartment is the Escalo bar/cafe, it's literally next door and is ideal for a drink or snack, they even have live bands at the weekend although the apartment is so well insulated you don't hear any noise from the bar whilst sleeping. It's a lovely apartment in a perfect little holiday village, we'll definitely be going back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Cabanas. Lovely quiet relaxing place. We just wanted a relaxing break and we had that. Lovely clean apartment with everything we needed and more. Picked up at the airport as arranged with Shella and dropped to the apartment. Welcome pack was very thoughtful and handy. Beautiful area and the short boat trip to the beach was lovely. Tavira is a nice town close by and we went there by bus and got taxi back. Lovely restaurants and snack bars close by and the local snack bar was good for breakfast. We will definitely return and would recommend the area.

Stayed for a week and would have loved to have stayed longer. Shella's apartment was like a home from home in the ideal climate. Everything you could possibly need was provided in a beautiful apartment in a perfect location, with lovely pool areas only metres away and also within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants, bars and shops. I would definitely go back to Cabanas, but would have to rebook Shella's apartment as it was brilliant. Wendy and Jeff who manage the apartment were a fountain of information and so friendly and helpful. We have been on many self-catering holidays and I have to say location and comfort were top class here. Do yourself a favour and book this apartment you will not be disappointed.

An excellent apartment. Spacious, well equipped, bright and clean. Air con all round. Comfortable 10 min stroll gets you to restaurants, supermarkets, beach ferry. Beside a modern church, which doesn't provide a spectacular view, but the convenient location made up for that. Anyway, if your nose is in a book, you wouldn't worry about the view, would you? And, to put minds at rest, the church bells chime only between 9am and 9pm, NOT all night. Would I stay again? Most definitely yes.
