The house is in great condition and we enjoyed it very much once we arrived. However Tom did not communicate with us before arrival as to check in. We asked him via the web but got no response. He seems to prefer phone contact and our phone number was from Canada so that may have been part of the problem but we were anxious with nil contact. We decided to check out the property 2 hours before check in time and knocked at the listed street number when Tom's helper popped out of the adjoining unit to greet us. Turns out we were staying in the unit next door. Not a problem except that we would have liked some communication ahead of time. We did not find the usual sheet/book re rules/procedures/garbage/internet password. After this anxious start we did have a good stay. The neighbours were friendly and helpful when we had a flat tire one morning.

Everything was fine. The kitchen could use a few utensils but we weren't there very much for meals anyway. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The neighbors are very nice. Ernie & Sue
