Everything was as advertised. Clean accommodation in a convenient location. Close to everything.

Bonnie was awesome! And the backyard was beautiful. A great spot to enjoy your morning tea or coffee. Plus the cottage is walking distance to CSU.

I had a wonderful time in Chico thanks to this beautiful, convenient, and very comfortable cottage! I ate breakfast on a lovely outdoor patio surrounded by flowers and birdsong, used one of the bikes to tool around campus and Bidwell Park, enjoyed preparing my own food and sleeping in a very comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and attractively decorated. The host, Bonnie, is so warm and accommodating it felt like staying next door to a friend while also being very private. It's a great neighborhood--convenient to everything, yet with a quiet, almost rural feeling. As woman alone I felt quite safe. I love visiting Chico in the fall, and I've already told Bonnie I'll definitely be booking her cottage next year. I highly recommend this charming getaway!

My husband and I planned a weekend in Chico and found this perfect little cottage for the 2 of us. It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood with a well manicured back yard. Our host Bonnie was incredibly sweet and gave us all kinds of great tips of events that were going on throughout the weekend prior to us arriving. Communication was a breeze with her, she was so welcoming. She made sure our stay was delightful and it was. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Bonnie for your hospitality.
