Always there was a possibility for making tea and coffee, and some snacks were offered. In the morning the staff made a wonderful breakfast. The Wifi is very good. The beds are good and the shower as well. All in all: a great place!

It is a bit far out of the city center but taxi’s are cheap and the busses run regularly

the people! it felt like a community there and you could easily engaged with one another. many fun travellers here who have a lot of interesting stories!

1. The house sits at the foot of mountains and is quite peaceful, antique. 2. Everything in the guest room is clean and comfortable, including the heater to keep warm, a free large bottle of drinking water, etc. They provide anything you need and can even offer homemade meals even if they don't put it in the service list. 3. The receptionists lady and girl nuri are so helpful, dynamic and generous, making me feel at home while my first time abroad alone. They invited me to have dinner, chatted with me and helped me find my lost ipad(which was great trouble ˃̶̤́ ꒳ ˂̶̤̀ ) In a word they tried their best to make my journey easier. 4.4. The house is also in possession of a tranquil backyard filled with apple trees. They are putting a yurt in it to serve as a guest room. Looking forward to that!

I cannot fault this homestay. The staff and guests were wonderful and provided us with everything we could ask for and more. I wish I could have stayed longer!

We were nicely welcomed by Nuri, she is a great host! Room is warm and spacious, everything clean. Breakfast was great as well. Best stay in Almaty! Parking is also available up on request.

location is good. You can walk to the mall (20mins) and Shymbulak is near as well.

The most wonderful accommodation. You are made to feel at home. Nuria is the BEST host you can ask for- she cares about you, makes sure you're comfortable and willingly offers advice to help you navigate Almaty. Pokiza is so kind and caring and makes delicious food. It's incredible that a guest house is able to feel so warm, homey and full of love and friendship. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Perfect place for the solo travelers, who would like to spend a day time at the Shymbulak ski resort and evenings at the city. Location right in between, 20 minutes by taxi both ways. Hosts are super friendly, supportive and helpful. Room was clean, well maintained. I paid for b&b, but there were complimentary dinners almost every day. Quiet place, however shopping malls are in a 10 minutes walking distance. Overall good value for money.

The location was good, the room was nice.

Very few charging points though for 3 ppl. Towels not replaced, and water not provided untill we asked for it, but they were very prompt once asked. The bathroom was quite small too.

Administration was very friendly

Nuri is very very nice and tried her best to help me. The sitting room is big, we can use the kitchen to cook some food.

There is a washing machine, it is good for winter clothes, the kichen is very convenient for guests. we can cook there. and there is a very big sitting room with comfortable sofa.
