The bathroom mat really needs to be changed or washed at the very least and a few more towels ought to be made available for use.
I would politely like to ask the host to consider providing a small welcome pack made up of tea sachets, coffee sachets , milk/creamers, kitchen roll (I had to use a CLEAN TOWEL to dry the dishes as there is no drainer or drying rack) more than one roll of toilet tissue and a few small bottles of water (1 per guest) and possibly washing soap/detergent in the utility room.
I completely appreciate that you’re running a business and it’s not a shop! However, the location of the property is not within walking distance of any supermarkets (there is fast food) which makes it difficult to utilise the kitchen if your a person that doesn’t like to eat out.
My comments regarding the detergent relate to the fact that it would have made it easier for guests to wash the towels after use and dry them and maybe I could have washed the bathroom mat myself. I had to ask a friend who was coming to meet me to carry some soap powder to wash the towels.
Given that the cost of the property is at the higher end I don’t think it’d cost too much to bulk buy these items and restock for each guest. This is the first Airbnb that I’ve stayed at where nothing was available to use.
Despite the things mentioned above I would most definitely stay again as I think the concerns raised can be easily addressed.
I would also still recommend this property to others. The host and the lady that came to the apartment to finalise the payment were both kind, patient and hospitable along with the security staff at the gate. It’s a lovely space to stay and you will enjoy using the infinity pool and watching the sun rise from the balcony ❤️🫶🏽😊

The location was superb! So close to everything. Devon house ice cream is a must and close to Half way tree so you can get a bus to everywhere (almost).
Anika, the person who greeted us was very friendly, more than the other staff. Exceptional actually!
The views from the pool were amazing!
It's a place that just feels good!
The fact that only on arrival, were several signs saying that we couldn't smoke in the balcony! Unpleasant surprise.
The chlorine from the pool was extreme. My skin didn't like it.
