Ideal for monitoring the kids in a safe space from the front porch. The vineyard pool is a short walk down the hill, and Outlook park / the main pool is only a few minutes up the hill. The home features a private hot tub, natural gas Weber grill, Outdoor dining set, Adirondack chairs around a beautifully designed Linderman fire pit (built-in Chelan), and a living room gas fireplace to warm up beside on a cool night. Inside you’ll find a well-stocked kitchen with a slow cooker, blender, mixer, air fryer, tea kettle, electric water kettle, drip or pod coffee maker, plenty of serving platters, mixing bowls, measuring cups, salad bowls, cutlery, baking pans, pots, frying pans, kids plates/cutlery, outdoor plates, ceramic plates, glassware, wine glasses, cocktailing kit, plastic and glass water cups. The home is furnished with a Coastal Modern-themed decor with an emphasis on clean and inviting design. Adjacent to the bar, which seats 3, is a rectangular dining table with seating for 8 adults or 9 if you have kids on the built-in bench. The living room features a switch-on gas fireplace with a 55” Samsung smart TV above - the TV includes all of your favorite apps and is logged into YouTube TV and Fubo tv for all your live sporting event needs. Apps include Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, HBO max, and Disney. A comfortable couch and three chairs provide seating for 6 in the living room. The 1st-floor master bedroom has a private entrance to the main floor’s bathroom and the shower has a tall and powerful shower head. The king-size mattress is a brand-new memory foam mattress for maximum comfort and a good night’s sleep. The vaulted ceiling upstairs features a Queen bedroom with a recliner for a quiet place to read a book and has a pack-and-play for an infant in the closet.
