LAYOUT: A convenient few steps from the street parking will find you right at either front or rear porch entrance to this first floor unit. There are exterior entry stairs but none inside the home. 1 bathroom and queen bedroom with desk space are situated in the front of the home and 1 of each towards the back with the living and eat-in kitchen spaces in the middle and a laundry area just off the kitchen. Out the back door, enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished private porch. We have carefully outfitted the space with all of the accommodations you’ll want or need for relaxing, cooking, dining, sleeping, bathing, working, web surfing and conversing. SLEEPING: For sleeping there are two bedrooms each outfitted with a Queen bed as well as a bonus Queen size pullout couch in the living room to sleep two more with plentiful pillows and warm cozy seasonal layers.
