After enjoying our island, relax on the large sectional sofa to watch a movie on the 55-inch smart TV and unwind. This family and kid-friendly home offers a truly private main suite on the top floor. The large porthole windows give you an amazing glimpse of the ocean before and after bed. The private sitting area provides you with a quiet area to relax. The three other bedrooms are located on the first floor with two of them providing access to the ocean view deck. Just slide open the door, grab a seat, and smell the salt air. You're at the beach! THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
