This property is clean, even smelled clean. Had just about everything we needed including the host purchased a pack n play and high chair after I simply asked if they had one. Very nice, loved the garage space. We would definitely stay again.

We came down for the JetSki world finals with my wife & 2 kids (ages 14 & 17) & this house was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us to have our own space & and enjoy some down time. I loved the garage as I was able to keep all our JetSkies & truck in the garage. This house was super clean & made our week very relaxing. The host was amazing to work with. We’ll definitely look for this house next year when we come back.

Home had lots of space for my family. Beds were super comfortable. The pool was great to hang out after a long day in the river.

My stay at this property for the 4th of July was simply unforgettable. The location was stunning, offering breathtaking views of the lake. The property itself exceeded my expectations with its cozy furnishings and modern decor. The highlight of my stay was witnessing the fireworks display right from the property. Additionally, I enjoyed the clear waters of the lake and participated in thrilling water sports, making it a truly memorable holiday experience.

This house is everything and more when you are booking a vacation to Havasu! Kids or no kids, you will be so comfortable! This house is beautiful, clean and cozy. Great pool, great house, great owners!! Thank you so much!

The property was exactly as described. Dan always gave us an immediate response to any questions we had. Dan checked in with us a number of times to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the neighborhood and was ideal location. Looking forward to our next stay!

We were there for a month. The place was GREAT. Daniel was FANTASTIC. the pictures of the house online don't give enough credit to the home. It was super clean. All the cooking utensils, seasoning, soaps, laundry supplies, towels, linens, Barbeque grill. The beds were comfortable. 3 large TVs only used 2. multiple places to sit outside 3 of the 4 sides of the house to get out of the wind. The pool and the pool area looked Great. (Was too cold to use the pool) The City streets take some getting used too. LOL We want to go back again when the temperature is warmer to use it all again. And the pool.

We loved out time in Lake Havasu and having a relaxing, tranquil and well equipped home base was important to us.
This property was close enough to everything. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the view and all the amenities this property offered. You won't be disappointed!
