This development is unique in many ways. Located on a private island at the end of a dead-end street, it is always quiet and peaceful. As you will see on the map and in the pictures, our pontoon boat takes you across the 80 ft canal which provides easy access to town, an easy 5 minute walk to all the village has to offer. This unique aspect is the reason we love this location providing privacy, breathtaking views, and ease of access to town. Stroll the historic Placencia sidewalk for an array of food choices, watch children fish from the pier, or grab a beer at a beach bar and listen to local music as the sun sets over the Caribbean. Only eight units on this cute island creates a cozy atmosphere to enjoy the peacefulness of this tropical environment. The pool is just steps away from your townhome and is perfect for relaxing or enjoying the jetted spa in a quiet atmosphere, and sunsets on the pier looking over the lagoon onto the Maya Mountains. Enjoy this new Townhome in one of the most beautiful pristine areas in Belize. VRBO awarded our property with the Premiere status due to the number of bookings and high reviews. This three story home includes a rooftop palapa with breathtaking Caribbean views. Watch the sunrise with your morning coffee, or the sunset with a glass of wine all from this private covered rooftop. This rooftop area includes outdoor dining table and hammock, providing a unique ambiance for private meals, relaxing or sunbathing. For a perfect vacation, arrangements can be made with local businesses for a private massage or a private chef. The property has a private dock where you can watch the sunset, see dolphins or manatee and a variety of birds. Boating tours can pick you up at our dock. Your condo also has 5 passes to the Placencia Beach Club (PBC) which is located on a perfectly manicured beach next to the Placencia sign. PBC offers beer on tap, snacks, food, and a swim-up pool bar. PBC will pick you up right from the private dock at any time. *Please note this property is accessed via a staffed pontoon boat that runs at any time from 8am to 10pm at night. 2 bikes are available. Note this property is a Self Catering Property and will require a separate rental agreement with house rules. The pool may be cleaned without notice during your stay. Basic amenities will be provided, but more may need to be purchased during your stay. Extra 5th rollaway available on request.

A beautiful and well kept property, truly a luxury villa. The rooftop deck defies description and the BBQ was top notch as was everything else about this rental. Edwin was very pleasant and accommodating. It wasn't inconvenient at all taking the ferry across, in fact it added an element of safety and security. The decks and patios added so much to the stay. I wouldn't look any further than this place!!!

This property was exactly as described on the inside! There is nothing they could put into words to describe the are it is in! It’s absolutely spectacular! We had quick and easy boat transport off the island and could walk to a local bar and pool which was just as fantastic! This will definitely become a place we go anytime in Placencia!

We were at the property for a week, and it was a great pick for our vacation! It's an excellent spot to get to town from to go to eat (10 min walk or 5 min bike ride on the provided bikes). And equally fantastic to just hang around at for a lazy day and cook at, too. The kitchen was well-equipped. Very comfortable with great AC. And the roof deck was excellent for star gazing. The pool was also lovely. I wish I would have known from the outset that the property is across a lagoon from the Placencia peninsula. But knowing what I know now that would not have deterred me from booking here -- Edwin was always available and happy to take us across on the boat within 2-3 minutes of us requesting a ride. And the boat ride across takes about 30 seconds. One of our excursions even picked us up on their boat from the property.

We were very pleased with our little spot on Sunset Point! Edwin was always there for our transfer and his smile was contagious. Jack took care of all our tourist needs including the doggone Covid testing requirements. We loved our day on the water with Brent, the zip lining was terrific, and the special meal made by Tiffany and her mom was a real treat. **Not that it really mattered, but please tell guests about being on an island. It was never a problem with the transportation to/from, but knowing this beforehand is a good thing. Actually, we felt safer because Edwin was our gate keeper! Good thing to advertise, I think. We found the food delicious and the Belizean people very friendly and helpful. The golf cart was a Godsend! Your beaches are great for walking or just sitting. We will be back!! Thank you for your cute little abode..we loved it!!

Had a wonderful time in Placencia, Jack was a great host was always there to make suggestions and answer questions. Edwin is a kind and friendly groundskeeper. Placencia is a cool little beach town, the people are naturally friendly people, We always felt safe walking the sidewalk to shops and restaurants. Cozy corner was our favorite beach restaurant. 5 to 6 dollar lunches 8 to 10 dollar dinners. Rum fish best restaurant a little more expensive but worth it. Island hopping was an adventure and pricey but worth it. The condo was perfect, quiet, close to town a real no brainer! Condo is modern, with great amenities! David and Pepper (owners) provided us with a complimentary Belizian meal , by Tiffany and her mother Meryl ! Delicious 😋

The property was as described, overall nice, clean, and well supplied. Also, Jack the property manager did a great job. He setup cab rides and called to see if we had everything we needed.. Setup boat trip for us that was the best out to the different islands. The Grounds keeper Edwin was more than helpful always at your disposal for whatever you need. Included with our stay we received from the owner a Chef that prepared dinner for all of us on the night of our choice. Tiffany the chef has a restaurant in town, Merl's Café, and can't say enough about her dinner that was prepared.
