Nestled in Saint-Paul, this lovely house for $298 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. WELCOME TO THE SUNSET VILLA Family villa par excellence, this welcoming house with the blushing hues of the setting sun, is located a stone's throw from the lagoon of La Saline-les-Bains. In addition to benefiting from a privileged location, it will delight young and old alike with its swimming pool and natural stone jacuzzi. With 4 bedrooms, and able to accommodate up to 11 people, it is fully equipped. ABOUT THE VILLA On the ground floor : - A beautiful fitted kitchen - A large living room with TV - A 1st large bedroom of 19 m² with a “King size” double bed giving direct access to the terrace - A 2nd bedroom with a “Queen size” double bed facing the terrace - A travertine shower room - A separate toilet (with shower) - Laundry Upstairs : - A 3rd beautiful bedroom with a “Queen size” double bed and an extra bed (70x200cm) - A 4th children's bedroom with 2 trundle beds, i.e. 4 single beds - A shower room with WC (and its hand shower) EXTERIORS In front of the house : - A driveway with 2 parking spaces secured by an automatic gate - A natural stone swimming pool of 5.50m x 3.80m and a depth of 105cm to 125cm with safety barrier all around the pool and deckchairs At the back of the house: - A natural stone jacuzzi - A large space with dining table and garden furniture - A barbecue AT YOUR DISPOSAL - Household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) - Free Wi-Fi internet connection - Washing machine - Table and iron - 5 deckchairs/sunbeds LOCATION AND PROXIMITY This villa gives immediate access to the beautiful beaches of La Saline-les-Bains and the surf spot of Trois Bassins. This beautiful rental is the perfect place to relax and is also ideally located as a starting point for all excursions on the island... the three circuses (Cilaos, Mafate, and Salazie), the volcano, and all the activities sports (snorkeling, transparent kayaking, boat rental, big game fishing, whale and dolphin watching, horse riding, canyoning, paragliding, helicopter flights, etc.) REGULATION Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties or events are not allowed. Non-smoking indoor area.
