Located near Paphos, on the sunny Mediterranean island of Cyprus, Villa Harmony is a beautiful 3 bedroom (all en-suite), stone-built, traditional-designed, detached and private Cypriot villa. The villa is surrounded by private landscaped gardens and is facing onto its own private infinity swimming pool with panoramic sea views over Coral Bay and Sea Caves to the south, south-east and south-west and mountains to the east. Our beautiful villa is located in the traditional village of Peyia and conveniently placed 25 mins drive from Paphos Airport, 15 minutes drive from Paphos town and 5 minutes drive to Coral Bay Beach resort - the best beach in the area. The centre of Peyia village, complete with restaurants, tavernas, banks and shops is only five or so minutes walk along a well-lit road. Inside, we have a fully-equipped kitchen, full air-conditioning and central-heating in every room and a gas fire in the lounge, offering year-round comfort. The villa has been tastefully decorated to an exceptional standard. It truly is luxurious accommodation that regularly receives 5* recommendations and reviews. Very well equipped with comfortable furniture, SKY channels with worldwide sports, Freeview and Catch up. Internet TV, DVD, CD and WiFi. (see further info below re languages for TV). The landscaped private gardens surround a spectacular private Infinity pool offering views over the coastline from Sea Caves to Paphos. A large area of patio surrounds the pool for plenty of sun. There are also areas of cover, for those who prefer to stay in the shade. We have also provided sufficient sunbeds, pool towels, seats and outside dining. About the Bedrooms Master Bedroom, en-suite – king size bed, window and patio doors leading onto a large balcony with sea views and overlooking the pool. Very large en-suite bathroom with mountain views and jacuzzi bath, with shower. Located upstairs. Double Bedroom, en-suite – double bed, window and patio doors leading onto the pool patio with sea and mountain views and overlooking the pool. Located upstairs. Twin Room, en-suite – 2 single beds, located downstairs. Each balcony has furniture to relax on to admire the views! We are able to provide our guests with TV stations in most languages and channels, which include, UK, Greek, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Irish, German, Dutch, French, Armenian, US, Italian, Croatian Sport, Serbian Sport, Polish Sport, Israeli, Russian and Ukrainian. All we need is for you to tell us before you arrival of any requirements other than English. ABOUT THE AREA Peyia Village square, with its traditional Cypriot Tavernas, serving local dishes also has banks, a post-office, bars, tavernas, restaurants and supermarkets. Our Villa is just a 5-7 minute walk into the Village Square, which is the centre of all amenities. There is a nearby gym with daily fitness classes for active people. Peyia Village Centre is a 5 minute drive from Coral Bay beach resort and our villas have panoramic sea views. Paphos, the main town, which has a bustling harbour, market, shops & nightlife is 15 minutes coastal drive to the south-east. The well-known fishing harbour of Latchi, the mythical baths of Aphrodite and Polis town are a 25 minutes scenic drive away from the villa. A 10 minute drive up the coast will take you to the picturesque bay of St. George, leading to the Akamas peninsula, an area of natural beauty. Dirty, urine stained mattress, receipts under the bed from April, one of the balconies upstairs is dangerous and unsafe, two out of the 4 smoke alarms did not work and they are all out of date.
The fire extinguisher in the kitchen is out of date by 7 months. Extortionately overpriced.

The property is nice and equiped with all the stuff needed for a 2 weeks stay. The swimming pool was much appreciated and the location gave us a lot of possibilities to discover the extended PAPHOS region. Communication with Tracy and Jim (the owners) and Lynn (local contact) was easy and welcome from the start. It was very easy to get all the information we were looking for. Great discovery of Cyprus in a great location and house with the free of charge insurance to have very good weather !

We had a lovely stay at the villa, everything we could have wanted was provided. A minor incident occurred during our stay which was expertly resolved within a matter of hours. Would recommend the villa to friends & family.

We have just returned from a very relaxing week at Villa Harmony. The villa was very well equipped and had everything you could possibly need. The views from the pool area are amazing and the pool its self was great and the best way to cool down in the hot sun. We had a great time at the villa and would not hesitate to stay here again. My partner and I enjoyed a great week at this villa in October 2021. The villa is very pretty and is well-located with views down to the sea which can be enjoyed from the pool and terraces. Air con machines are in the villa but were rarely needed as it was October. The pool was fairly cool but as the sun was so strong by day we enjoyed that. The only change we would suggest would be a softer master bed.

Firstly, I would rate Villa Harmony between 3.5 - 4 stars. based solely on presentation and facilities.
Although situated on the edge of the village of Peiga, (it is only a 5 minute drive away). You are surrounded by countryside and we walked daily up and down the hills that lead into farmland - we needed the exercise after all the food and drink we were consuming!!
The Villa has plenty of outdoor space and a good size pool - although too cold to use during our stay. The various trees and shrubs are well maintained and there is adequate outdoor furniture, although the dining table chairs have excessive wear/holes in the seats, so will require replacing .
Inside, the interior is cosy, perfect for the winter months. as the decor is rustic with a lot of rugs and soft furnishings.
Plenty of space for everyone, with separate terraces leading off both first floor bedrooms.
I have visited Cyprus before with my family, but not this area and I was overwhelmed by the friendliness of all the people we met. So warm and hospitable - we ate in the village of Peiga on a few occasions, the food was delicious, gigantic portions, plus lots of complimentary glasses of ouzo too!! Once the locals have met you, they stop to chat if they see you in the street - I felt like I had lived there for years!! We also ate at restaurants in Coral Bay -a short drive to the coast and various tavernas in Paphos - all excellent. Even though it was December, there were still lots of restaurants and bars open for business.
We spent three weeks at Villa Harmony over the Christmas holidays, (precious times with my Dad) we all had a fabulous time and enjoyed every minute - even shopping at Paphos was a breeze on Christmas eve compared to the UK!!
Feel totally refreshed and ready for the New Year!
Lastly, just to mention, there were quite a few issues we found with the Villa, where maintenance and presentation were not satisfactory., hence the 3.5 - 4 star rating.
We did meet the property agents, who were lovely and I am sure would have attended to any issues raised, We just wanted to enjoy our holiday and spend time together and address the issues we found ourselves.

From start to finish, the experience of renting this villa far exceeded expectations. Speedy response times to my initial queries from the owner, Tracy, was well appreciated. She was also able to accommodate my early check-in request, which was a super bonus. The villa itself is outstanding. All photos are accurate, but do not do justice to this spacious villa. Located in the Peyia hillside, the villa is located in a quiet friendly neighborhood. The villa has a lovely, modern decor, with plenty of space indoors (however didn’t really take advantage of the indoor space except for sleeping). Comfy beds/pillows, and showers with awesome water pressure. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bath and beach towels were large and plush. Plenty of kitchen utensils as well as BBQ equipment, all in great condition. The outside space is the real winner here: manicured gardens with fruit trees surrounding the infinity pool with stunning views. Comfy sun loungers and dining area, as well as a chill-out area all added to the relaxing atmosphere. Animal lovers will really enjoy the villa, as there is an assortment of neighborhood cats that stop by for a treat and a pet. Don’t let this turn you off, as they serve a functional purpose (pest controll for the island) as well as they are truly entertaining. There is a working village in walking distance to the villa with plenty of dining and grocery shopping available. Villa is conveniently located a short drive to Paphos, Peyia town, and the airport. This was our 1st visit to Cyprus, and this experience has made us consider it for future holidays. A five star experience!! Not to take away from this positive review, I do have 2 minor recommendations: 1) as it was November, although daytime temperatures were averaging 27°c, nighttime temps did dip into the teens, which cooled the pool down considerably. Having a pool heater (at an additional fee, of course) would have been a lovely addition. 2) the upstairs bedrooms benefited from lovely terraces , with sliding glass doors fitted with screens. The villa would benefit greatly with all the windows/doors fitted with screens in order to allow the hillside breezes to circulate in the villa whilst keeping flying beasties out. These are merely suggestions to give this 5 star villa the extra edge over the competition. Bravo, Tracy!!

We had a wonderfully relaxing and fun stay in Villa Harmony. The property provided us with everything we could hope for to enjoy two weeks in the sun away from the wet, cold autumn UK weather.
We spent many hours around the pool, day and night enjoying the view and the peace quiet, only occasional interrupted by the distant bleat of a goat, perfect :)
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Villa Harmony for anyone seeking an amazing base in which to explore Peyia and spend quality time with your family.

Large villa with 3 bedrooms. Lots of outside space and seating. Pool average size, had problems with the water for several days cloudy and then green water but it was sorted out in the end using chemicals and leaving the pump on.
Villa overall tidy and clean. Did find a false nail on the patio though.
Beds comfortable and linen change weekly.
Great showers, didn’t use the spa bath.
Kitchen well stocked with utensils, cutlery etc.
Great to have a large fridge freezer and the crushed ice dispenser was a real treat, much needed in July sunshine.
Villa is just starting to show signs of age, dents in dining room wall and plaster outside kitchen falling off in a small area.
Lovely gardens with nice flowers and trees.
A little too far for us to walk to the village, up and down hilly roads. Younger people would manage the trip I’m sure. Nice and quiet area, quite a few dogs live locally and there are several visiting cats to the villa but they don’t overstay their welcome.
We left our inflatable beds in the garden room as the ones there were popped.
Upstairs rooms were very hot, bit scared to use the air conditioning after reading several notices about over use being charged extra in these rooms but had to.
We enjoyed our stay, relaxing by the pool. Great choice of programs and films on the tv for nights in.
Lovely restaurants near by. Coral Bay a short drive. Car hire necessary I’d say. Great views from all over the villa.
Oniro by the sea was our favourite bar, just by sea caves. Great food and cocktails. Lots of places to visit.
Too many little things to give 5 stars but a good 4 star property .

The location and views are amazing.
Lovely pool & our boys loved the selection of films on offer on the TV.
Outdoor furniture was very comfy and lovely to sit out in the evenings and we even ended up with a friendly cat by the end of the holiday & he gave us lots of cuddles whilst we were sitting outside.
The local supermarket is nice and close and some nice restaurants in Peya.
A minor fault - selection of glasses! There were no matching sized wine glasses and no champagne glasses at all which was a shame. Also whilst I appreciate some people could go out and leave the aircon on, to have a 2 hour cut out in the bedrooms led to very disruptive sleeps for us. We had very humid nights. Every 2 hours the aircon stopped, we would overheat and wake up and have to find the switch to put the aircon back on. Doing this several times in the night was horrible. I've never encountered this in any aircon villas I have stayed in before. Surely the cut out in the bedrooms could be longer? If it was 4 hours at least it would only be one wake up at night!
The dishwasher blocked and overflowed on our second day. I suggest that it is cleaned a little more regularly as when we cleaned the filter it was clear this had not been done so we hand washed for the rest of the holiday.
The villa was perfect for being away from the more touristy areas but still close as long as you have a car.

Villa Harmony was perfect for our group of 6 adults on a long weekend. The first impression was wonderful as you walk up the path to be greeted by the generous outside space and infinity pool with far reaching sea views over Coral Bay. The furnishings are to a high standard and the bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms. The terrace upstairs gets the last of the evening sun with the pool being in the sun almost all day. The villa was immaculate and very well equipped for eating in, there really was nothing to improve in my opinion. Peyia is a lovely quiet village with a choice of bars and restaurants. We tried the Peyia Tavern and had traditional meze, which we thought was the best meal of the holiday. You must go into Alex's bar and speak to the owner, Alex, he is a real character!

we had a great time at this villa as a family of four we found it was just the right villa for us and would be happy to bring another 2 family members and still feel we all would be comfortable here as there is plenty of space inside and out. The villa was well equipped for all our needs and was very clean. We didn't hire a car and found all transfers and public transport very easy to use there is a bus that goes from the square every half an hour down to coral bay and connects to the bus for Paphos very easily. This was our second stay in Peyia and this villa was much better as the walk was easier to and from the village so very nicely located and also great if you are travelling with another family or extended family as they have a villa next door but if not the villas are also very private. The pool is amazing a really nice size and a lovely view. I also liked the balcony at night looking out at the lights. We stayed the last week of October and got amazing weather the pool was in use every day the kids loved it.

We stayed at Villa Harmony for a week in early July 2016 as a grown up family of 5 looking for a week of R&R in the sunshine.
The arrangements for the booking were smooth and the flights easy to coordinate with family travelling from both Manchester and London. Car hire recommendation was also good and worked very well.
The villa is a straightforward drive from the airport, situated in the hillside town of Peiya, outside Paphos. Its a good ten minute stroll into Peiya where there are plenty of options for eating and drinking. We also ventured up the hill and found other good places to eat within a short drive.
The villa itself is well situated, well appointed, and well looked after. The pool and surrounding patio are ideal for relaxing in the sun and there is an outside bbq and eating area which we used several times. The lounge, kitchen and bedrooms are good size , with two bedrooms having outside seating areas. All in all, we had an enjoyable week in the sun which was just what we wanted."

First visit to Cyprus and loved it, lovely villa with great views to relax in and handy to explore the south west of the island. The villa was well maintained and the manager, Danny was very helpful.
The villa itself is beautiful and peaceful, whilst not in any way remote, easy to walk into Peiya on an evening or 10 min drive to Coral Bay. Having breakfast on a morning with that view to the ocean was great and missing that already.
We had a a week of sun and sightseeing but too early in the year to have a dip in the pool, which is my one regret. Although our friends were braver than me.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay in Villa Harmony Peyia. The villa is finished to a high specification and has an excellent outdoor space. Within walking distance are the bars and restaurants of Peyia. A short car journey of 5-10 minutes will take you to a number of beaches. We would highly recommend a stay.

Villa Harmony was truly a pleasure to stay in for 4 nights. With an outdoor pool overlooking the hills of Peyia, the views were lovely. The outdoor seating area was also equipped with more than enough lovely garden furniture for visiting friends. The villa itself was nicely furnished, with a touch of tradition in the Stone effect walls and floors, a nice cosy fireplace, even a stereo system in the dining area, a gorgeous huge master bathroom with a hot tub jacuzzi facing a window with hilly views - amazing! The villa is equipped with all amenities needed, and is well organised. The owners of the property were helpful in answering any questions we had. Really enjoyed our stay and felt so at home. We've already talked about coming back to stay again! Thank you for a lovely stay.

This was our 1st visit to Cyprus (Me, Wife 14 & 16 yr old daus) , and at winter time may have been a bit of a gamble, but when you have a lovely (peaceful) villa with great views to relax in , its not a gamble at all.
The villa itself is beautiful, with everything in it you will need, including a great jacuzzi bath and sauna (keep the wife and kids happy!). The view to the ocean is great and mesmerising. The villa is about 10 minutes walk to Peyia centre (to The Mill Pub to be exact) and 10 minute drive to the tourist area Coral Bay where there are some great restaurants, and of course the beach. All in all a well specced and well located villa.
For more extensive shopping the Kings Avenue Mall (Pafos) is 20 minutes drive from the villa. Its pretty easy to find your way around.
We had a some days of sun and a few days of rain, we were happy to go out in the sun or happy to stay in the villa.
Would be happy to book this villa again when we come back to Cyprus

We spent a week in this lovely villa and can honestly say that it was absolutely perfect for us. We really needed a relaxing break in the sun as were both completely burnt out after a very busy few months at work. We weren’t really expecting to be able to relax much in just a week, as knew we would have to work some of the time, experience having taught us that when we go away we can never really relax, but thought we would benefit from a few days away in the sun. However, from the moment we arrived it was almost instantly relaxing. The villa has everything you need, everything works, you don’t have to spend hours working out how to use equipment or getting the TV to work, etc, as can often be the case. The air conditioning works well and is very quiet. The internet was trouble free. There is a lot of space and the layout has been well thought out. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. There is a large bathroom in the master bedroom with a really good shower. There are fantastic views from all of the windows, in particular the view from the bathroom window onto the hills at the back of the villa is spectacular. We arrived late at night and woke early the next morning to see the sun come up over the hills. It is so quiet that you will sleep fantastically well. The outside spaces where you spend most of your time are also very well designed with mature trees and shrubs, flowers and ornaments, with a great pool and pool area, barbecue that works really well, and garden area surrounding and to the rear of the villa that is mature and makes it feel very private. It really feels like a home rather than a holiday let. Each of the upstairs bedrooms also has a large terrace so you can have breakfast looking over the village and to the sea. The location is also convenient as is only a ten minute walk to the village but is so quiet you would think you were in the countryside. Tracy was really helpful and accommodating throughout, responding to communication quickly and is very professional. All in all, this really is the perfect villa for a relaxing break in the sun.
