Inside the home, the open concept living area is furnished and decorated in modern greys and a signature shade of blue. A large sectional couch defines the living area which also has a large smart tv, coffee table, and accent chair. Adjacent is the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, and eye-catching blue cabinetry. 2 barstools are arranged at the kitchen counter for casual dining, and for more formal meals, the dining table with seating for 2 awaits. This home sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms and sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms are furnished in the home’s color palate of grey and blue with a queen size bed. The bedrooms also have large, arched windows which are a prominent feature of the building’s exterior. THINGS TO NOTE: A queen size sleeper sofa is provided in the living area. Washer and dryer in unit. This is a walk-up unit. Parking for one vehicle in the parking lot is provided.
