I arrived at Sumire Guest House at a difficult moment in my life. The kindness and welcoming of Koichiro-san and Sakura-san made me feel at home from the first moment. He helped me with grocery shopping in Nago, offered me incredible vegan dinner and gave me nice suggestions for activities around. The location is near Tataki Falls, and you can arrive with the free bikes of the guesthouse. Furthermore, it is surrounded by nature with green mountains and fresh rivers.
This experience totally recharged and inspired me. I'm so grateful to have found this place in Okinawa.
Sometimes the room gets too warm, but you have fans and the possibility to pay for air conditioning. But overall, it was a great experience.

The staff were incredibly nice, I felt at home there. They even left sliced pineapple on the table for the guests, very attentive.

The owner was very welcoming. He shared a meal with me and offered me a ride to the bus station for free.
